Tout est réuni pour un séjour simple, agréable et accessible.

Quiet countryside, near coast. Ker Toud

Ker Toud is a spacious, two storey, two bedroom gite, in our recently converted barn. It has double and twin bedrooms on the first floor, together with a shower room and toilet. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room and kitchen/dining area. The gite is equipped with washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, TV with English and French channels, wifi, wood burning stove and electric radiators. A large garden, trampoline, outdoor tables and chairs and barbeque.

The beach house

Baie de Perros Guirrec, sur ce terrain bord de mer 3 Poules, 2 chevaux , ,1 chat, 1 setter vivent en harmonie. Bénédicte serait heureuse de vous accueillir dans sa maison récente de 45 m2, calme et confortable, en bois, (norme ISO 2012) classée,conçue pour vous séduire. De la côte de granit rose à l'île de Bréhat, 4 ou 5 journées vous seraient utiles pour visiter le Trégor. Une chambre, un grand séjour,un coin cuisine ,WC et salle de bain séparée,une terrasse vue sur mer ....

You will find all amenities nearby (bakery, Intermarché, pharmacy, tobacco shop, etc.) We offer a single-story house of 75 m2 including: - Fully equipped kitchen and open to the dining room and living room - 2 bedrooms - a bathroom with shower - a toilet - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer - a garage. This house has an exterior of 700 m2 with terrace. Small pets allowed. No smoking. Linens and towels provided.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

This 40 m² duplex, completely renovated, is attached to the Gite de Lezenor. The two cottages are completely independent and to preserve your privacy a small private terrace, not overlooked, is at your disposal.
