Our cosy stone cottage (suitable for 2 people) is ideally located in a quiet area in the countryside, in between vegetable fields, on old farm grounds - 4 min drive to Cléder and 7 min to Plouescat, 8 min to beaches including the breathtaking Les Amiets. The must-see old towns of Saint-Pol and Roscoff are also nearby, as well as Morlaix, Châteaux and the medieval site of Meneham.

Ar penty, est un havre de paix au cœur de la jolie ville de Perros guirec, tous les commerces et restaurants sont entre 5 à 10min à pied et les deux plages ainsi que le port sont à 15/20 min à pied. vous avez un point de vue panoramique sur la mer au bout de la rue ainsi que le chemin côtier. Il y fait bon vivre, elle est confortable et cosy avec deux chambres (2 lits doubles) 2 wc, 1 sdb, une belle cuisine et une chaleureuse pièce à vivre donnant sur un joli extérieur paysager et calme.

This beautiful one bedroom property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. On the ground floor this property has an open plan living space, featuring a kitchen, dining and lounge area, warmed by a large wood stove. The shower room and toilet are also on this level. Up stairs is the master bedroom and relaxing loft area with a sofa bed. At the rear of the property is a private patio with uninterrupted views of the Breton countryside. This property is part of a privately owned hamlet.

Stijlvolle en rustig gelegen vrijstaande gite voor 1-6 personen met eigen tuin, patio en overdekte parkeerplaats. Smart tv en soundbar aanwezig. Gelegen aan de rand van Carnoët in het hart van Bretagne (Côtes d'Armor) met vele wandel- en fietsroutes. En ideaal voor dagtrips. Op loopafstand van vele sculpturen in 'La Vallée des Saints' (ook wel Bretons Paaseiland genoemd ) en op 15 min. rijden van diverse winkels, restaurants en supermarkten in twee plaatsen. (Carhaix en Callac).
