Very nice family holiday thanks to this perfectly located and pleasant accommodation.

Myriam and Christophe are particularly attentive, adorable and very available hosts in case of need. Exceptional and warm welcome. Short stay, too bad! We'll be happy to come back if the opportunity arises. We enjoyed an enclosed and private exterior, well flowered and maintained, lit and with an independent entrance. The sheltered jacuzzi, a remarkable plus. A clean mobile home, a slightly fragrant atmosphere, a super quality mattress, nothing was missing and lots of little touches as a welcome, thank you again to both of you. Happy hosting 😊

Very nice house, located in a quiet environment (road allowed only for local residents, we did not see anyone passing) a few minutes' drive from the beaches (where it is easy to park). The floor is very well arranged for children who have their small living room with games and TV (including a foosball table that made our children happy!). The ground floor is composed of a spacious and very well furnished master suite. The rooms are spacious, as are the garden which is huge! Only negative point: the presence of a large quantity of flies at the time we stayed. The hot weather and mansion spreading are probably the cause.

We had a great time with the family at Stefany's home. Spacious, well-equipped house, located in a quiet area, with a beautiful and pleasant terrace and a large garden, ideal for families with children. Stefany is very welcoming and friendly. We appreciated his warm welcome and good tips for outings around. We didn't miss a thing. The house is well located, the beach and the city center are within walking distance which is convenient . Flexible and seamless check-in. Responsive, easy to contact host. We highly recommend this property. Namely, that you should not have an allergy, because there is a small cat in the house, which for us was no problem! Thanks again to Stefany for hosting us.

We came for a fishing stay with friends on Lake Guerlédan in July. What could be better than enjoying a gite with all the amenities! The large parking lot allows you to park your car and boat. The launching wedge is 2 min away and there is a beach for swimming. There are also a multitude of activities available: pétanque, ping pong, molki, ultimate, foosball... enough to take care of even in rainy weather! If you really lack social networks and no network, Wi-Fi is available (as well as TV). Christelle is a very friendly host and it's not uncommon to see her on the estate, it's time to take the opportunity to buy her cider and apple juice. We'll be back with pleasure at this cottage 🙂

Great house, very conveniently located close to a large supermarket. The area is also a perfect base to explore cote d’armor and very close to a number of beautiful beaches. The house is very roomy with a very wel equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighbourhood and a few nice running /hiking trails starting almost at your doorstep.

We had a great time at Gregory's place. The house is very well located, and had all the elements specified in the listing. Communication with Gregory was very simple, accurate, and non-invasive. The kids enjoyed the toys, books, and other games in the property. We recommend, we even think about coming back!

Catie welcomed us very warmly to quintin in her very well decorated apartment. The breakfast was excellent. This is a place I highly recommend. We felt very good in this place, we are independent there. There's really nothing to repeat. I will be back!

The apartment of Valentin is a really good place to spend the holidays in St. Brieuc. We spend there 6 days and and booked for 5 persons. He was a bit surprised about the 5th person, and there was no bed prepared for the person. Two of us slept in the bed, the other 2 people had a platform above the double bed and slept on a air bed. The 5th person slept on the couch which was not really a sleeping couch. So the apartment is good for 4 people's, but for more a bit small. Valentin was really nice and friendly. One of us had to visit a doctor and he took him with the car to the next city. The beach is about 30 minutes away by walking or in the bus in 10 minutes. We really enjoyed the stay at this apartment. this stay at Jocelyne's was perfect, she is a caring and warm host, the accommodation is magnificent, the view is breathtaking and offers all the comforts of a hotel room, the breakfast served by Jocelyne is generous and the location is perfect. A place and a hostess who is worth a visit! Since the beginning of our arrival, Josette has taken great care of us, which is rare and very nice after long hours of driving. The apartment is in a great location, everything can be done on foot and we already miss the charm and tranquility of Paimpol. The bedding is great, very well-equipped kitchen and space quite enough for two people, we also loved the small sunny courtyard that was available to us, in order to have lunch or have a good aperitif in the middle of plants and old stone. If we have to return to Paimpol one day we will call Josette again without a second thought.

Magnificent stop to visit the region on the banks of the GR and the maritime bike path. Breakfast is exceptional, we highly recommend this place. Anne Marie makes herself available and gives good advice.

Richard and his wife are very welcoming, very easy to communicate with. They are accommodating and very kind. The room was impeccable and as advertised. The environment is very pleasant with the GR nearby.

Thank you for finding a solution for my dog who was afraid on the stairs, we were able to enjoy the stay properly. Comfortable, pleasant, isolated but not far from everything by car, all my criteria were met. Happy hosting =)
