Il est composé d’un salon (canapé-fauteuil- bureau-tv- table basse) d’une kitchenette (frigo, micro ondes, airfryer, plaque cuisson, cafetière nespresso, grille pain, théière.) chambre avec literie neuve 140x190 cm avec surmatelas et une salle d’eau avec douche et WC. Arrivée et départs autonomes avec boîte à clé. 10min à pied de gare, fac,lycée, stade EAG.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Nous mettons à votre disposition notre petite maison située dans le bourg où vous trouverez une boulangerie (250m à pied) et la première grande surface à 5 min en voiture. Le chemin des Camélias offre une jolie balade. Vous avez rapidement accès à la RN 12, le lycée Kernilien à 2 min en voiture et la Côte de Granit Rose à 35 min. Le logement est connecté à la fibre et dispose de son propre réseau wifi (idéal pour du télétravail).

The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
