Holiday rentals with beach access in Ploumilliau

Beautiful seemingly modern well located in Perros-Guirec. Quiet, large bathroom and sea view from the living room. The balcony overlooks the sea but also the road.

We had a great stay in this small accommodation that has everything a big one has! Cleanliness, comfort and of course a perfect setting for our stay for two. We were able to enjoy the beach within walking distance and the terrace, it was perfect. Audrey, the co-host, was responsive when we needed her, thank you very much. The sofa bed was really great, it was my only concern and I was not disappointed. We will probably come back if we return to the area and we will share the address without any problem. ☺️ Small cocoon highly recommended for your stay on the pink granite coast!

good place to stay nearby the sea

The studio had everything you might need. The view is awesome. The village is cozy, all amenities are available with nice shops, restaurants and terraces. Nearby is a lot to see.

My stay in Charlotte and Yves' studio went very well. I was well received; the studio is very nice, pleasant, consistent with the descriptions and very well located, at the entrance to Renote Island which is sumptuous. The entire pink granite coast is on either side of the accommodation. I'll be happy to go back.

Very nice accommodation, very well located, parking in front, clean, well equipped... a small complaint about the sofa bed, the mattress is too thin and therefore uncomfortable. i recommend it .

Accommodation as described, the location directly in the center of BINIC allows you to go eat or have a drink. We greatly enjoyed our stay to visit the pink granite coast which is located 45 minutes away by car.

We are delighted with our stay. ☺️ Sylvaine is responsive, available and very welcoming. Check-ins and checkouts are facilitated via a lockbox. The accommodation was great, very clean on arrival, tidy and very functional. All just a short walk from the beach 👍 we went every night to see the sunset over the port of Locquémeau. In short, everything was perfect and we'll be happy to go back. 😊

The house was perfect for our stay. the sea is visible from the large living room windows and from both bedrooms. It's so close to the sea you can hear the waves. There is a footpath along the coast you can take, and it's walkable to the nearest beach, where there's a restaurant/cafe serving delicious food. A beautiful spot and a lovely house.

Very beautiful well-equipped house. Close to the market, the beach and the city center. The heated pool was the icing on the cake for the children.

Fantastic location, wonderful view of the sea

We had a great time at the place. It is very clean, tastefully furnished, and offers a superb view of the sea. We were able to enjoy good times on the petanque court and on the terrace. Access to the sea on foot is very convenient, and we were even able to pick our oysters directly. We were very well received, with a delicate attention: a filled basket. Thank you again for your welcome and this generous gift. We'll be happy to go back!

I was in the house with my 2 dogs for 14 days. It was great. The communication was very friendly, fast and uncomplicated. The house, the location, the garden was perfect. I felt very comfortable. Wow, what a great place to stay! We felt so comfortable with Magali and her husband. The space is absolutely immaculate. It was clean, cozy and great location. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and we could hear the sea rushing with the window open. It is only a few meters to a beautiful beach. Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

We had a pleasant stay in Trebeurden where the sea air and the sweetness of life allowed us to recharge our batteries. A big thank you to Isabelle and her husband for their warm welcome and kindness. The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Well appointed and well-equipped apartment. Proximity to the city center. Very nice terrace. The best part, a parking space in the basement. The kitchen equipment is quite complete.

Emilie's place is in a fantastic location...just above a bay, with morning sun for breakfast on the terrace. We would have liked to have stayed a little longer.
