Tiny beautiful studio in the center of Brittany

Despite its small size, this compact studio is well arranged and bright. It is equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette and a double bed on the mezzanine. This is accessed by a steep staircase, so not recommended for people with limited mobility. The accommodation has a balcony and on the other side a private entrance from the parking lot. A seven-minute walk to the attractive village, crossed by the Nantes – Brest Canal, there are shops including the bakery, supermarket, banks and restaurants.

Maison contemporaine, vue exceptionnelle et unique sur la mer, les îles de Port Blanc, la baie de Pellinec, les 7 îles au large de Perros Guirec. Située près du petit port de Buguéles, à quelques minutes à pied des premières plages et à 2,5km du bourg de Penvenan, avec tous ses commerces, son marché et son supermarché. La maison est composée d'une grande pièce de vie de 50m2, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 2 toilettes, 3 terrasses, un jaccuzzi. Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Atelier d'artiste dans une cabane en bois, une baignoire extérieur ( discrète ) avec beaucoup d'eau chaude, merveilleux pour les nuits étoilés. Bucolique, donnant sur un verger. Petite kitchenette, frigo, 2 plaque aux gaz et ustensiles basic. Toilette sèche. Un lit double haute qualité qui devient un canapé dans la journée. La cabane isolée dans mon jardin ou j'habite. Calme et reposant, le studio est simple mais confortable pour tous les amoureux de la nature et la campagne.
