On foot, the ocean is one minute away, the lighthouse is 2 minutes away, and the Port de Kérity is 5 minutes away! You will stay in an eco-designed house made entirely of wood. On stilts, located on a large plot of land, with trees to the south and east. 2 parking spaces at the entrance. No shutters in the upstairs BD.

The house is located in a natural and quiet environment less than a kilometer from Tréogat beach (surfing, kite, board, sand yachting, etc.) and less than 500 meters from the famous GR34 (hiking, biking). It features a garden, ideal for summer meals/grilling and napping. You will hear the sound of the waves, a guaranteed change of scenery. The house has been designed for vacations for families or groups of friends.

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer you seasonal products) and equipped with fiber optics.

This villa offers sea views from most of the rooms of the house with the beach at the end of the garden with immediate access and a splendid 180-degree view of the ocean.

The House is located near the sea. The Port of Pors Poulhan is a 10 min walk with its small cafe and terrace. It is in a small cul-de-sac to be quiet during your vacation. The town of Plozévet is 3 km away by car. There are small shops here: Bakery, Butcher, Fishmonger, Pharmacy as well as a medium surface area and a tourist office. The municipality of Audierne is a 15-minute drive away. There is a market on Saturday morning.

25 m2 studio in a wooden extension adjoining our house. In the heart of Audierne Bay, halfway between Pointe du Raz and La Torche. Located in the village of Plovan, 800 m from the sea, close to the GR 34. Pleasant and quiet space. Large 160 x 200 bed. Equipped kitchen. Independent entrance, private outdoor space and covered terrace sunny in the morning. For long stays, a washing machine can be made available.
