we had a great stay in a very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, very well equipped whether for the kitchen, dishes, bed linen...the outside is well equipped as well. Congrats on this quality renovation! Audrey is very responsive, precise in the information, and positive even for the price.

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house that has far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and fun: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor amenities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a haven of peace, with a splendid view a short walk away, while being ideally located close to Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family wishing to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. We had a great time at Jérôme's. The cottage is completely renovated, everything is new. He welcomed us with a big smile and fire! In addition to the extra logs for our stay. Jérôme is a very nice person who gave us good recommendations! The accommodation is super well-equipped. We stayed with our 2 children and a dog. we are 5 min from Matignon and 15 min from Cap Fehre by car. I recommend it.

The place of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowing for beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. We left with a lot of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

Very nice stay in Brittany in this peaceful retreat. The cleanliness is impeccable, the cottage is well-equipped, quiet. The owners who live next door are very friendly, responsive and very discreet. We were able to enjoy the pool with the little ones and all the toys made available, the children were delighted! Finally, the check-in and checkout with Isabelle went very well: she was very responsive to all messages for our arrival and full of good tips for visits. We recommend a stop at this vacation rental!

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

we were there for the 2nd time. A wonderful stay in a quiet location. Lots of possibilities for excursions within a reasonable radius. Paula and Barac are super friendly. They are there when you need them, but respect your privacy. Will definitely come back.

Super vacation, we fell in love with Brittany right away, which was mainly due to the house and the location. We and the children immediately felt at home in the lovingly decorated rooms. In the kitchen, we were not only impressed by the induction stove and the dishwasher. Otherwise, no wish remained unfulfilled. We especially enjoyed the evenings in the sun in front of the pretty cottage.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Exceptional location. The view is magnificent. The house is very nice and typical. Beautiful renovation. Access to the house is complicated. The street is narrow and not one-way... no direct access from the street to the land. Access by door, there are steps at the entrance... Overall we had a nice stay

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be entered via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modern and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we liked it very much.

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!
