Fully modernised 2 bedroomed entire flat on the top floor of a Victorian house; accessed by 5 flights of stairs. Whilst we do accept pets, it is not suitable for young children under 12 years. Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

Quiet setting in Wembury village with rural views and sea glimpses from the property. 5-10 mins walk to the beach and Southwest Coastpath and many other rural walks nearby. Beach has a cafe and loos, and is popular for surfing, kayaking and other water sports. The annexe has six steps up to a small area of decking to the front, and access to a large patio and garden to the rear; free street parking. The village has a pub and shop and a bus service to/from Plymouth just outside the property.

A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! Free parking included TVs: 55inch lounge + 28inch bedroom. It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.
