Cascina Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the district of Langhe, about 20 minutes drive to Barolo. The area is well-known for its lovely scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and the Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely unashamed, 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and its own small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with amazing views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with outdoor areas suitable for a group on a holiday trip together.

Apartment Maria is named after Anna's sister and is the smallest apartment, but it feels surprisingly cozy and homey. It is located on the second floor, and upon entering, you arrive directly in the cozy living room. Here, you will find a compact kitchen and a dining table. The simple, functional sofa provides a great place to unwind after a day out. Despite its size, it is a comfortable and cozy place to stay.

Annex - Country cottage

Cà Littoria is a 1900 country house, located on a quiet hill with a striking view of the valley overlooking the Panaro river. It has 9 hectares of land owned by us, where you can take countless walks along paths, roads, woods, and depending on the season, spot hawks, owls, squirrels, roe deer, foxes and wild boars. Our guests will stay in the annex, the owners live in the adjacent part.

Maisonette overlooking the sea

My flat is on a tipical genoese pedestrian path, it has independent entrance, a large equipped terrace. The panorama is right above porto antico. Having the funicular at short walking distance it is very well connected with the historical centre. Unfortunately in summer 2025 the funicular is under historical maintenance, it is still availbale a replacemente bus service.
