THE VILLA IN THE CENTER

Accommodation in a recently renovated, comfortable and functional two-family house on 2 floors. Located 5 minutes from the center of Settimo and minutes from the TO-Mi and TO-AO. The ground floor consists of a living area with kitchen, double sofa bed with TV, half bathroom with washing machine and 1 bathroom with king size shower. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with a tub. A parking space in the courtyard of the semi-detached house.

La Casa di Olga

My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is located both in the center of the village and in the center of the park of the Po Delta, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sea is a few kilometers away (ca 10 min). Boat trips are available in the area. The house offers 6 bicycles for excursions in the Mesola grove and in the many cycle paths in the area. For more info, I'll be here to help.

The Azaleas

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

Villa Grifone

The property is located in a townhouse renovated in 2019, in a quiet residential area. Not far away are the Terme Virgilio, free beaches and supermarkets. The Historic Center is reachable by bus. On the ground floor: large living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen communicating with the back terrace, bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor: three bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower. Garage available upon request.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
