My stay at Célia's house was excellent! From the beginning, she was extremely polite, attentive and helpful — always available to answer questions, give recommendations for places and ensure that everything went well. A great host! Check-in was super easy, with clear instructions and the house is very well located, close to the center. It was easy to find and I felt at home from the first moment. The house was very clean, organized and fully equipped, with all kitchen items, towels in the bathroom, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, barbecue and other amenities that made all the difference in the stay. The property is exactly as in the photos, in a safe, quiet region and close to the main tourist attractions of the city. There is a pharmacy, market, bakery and restaurants all nearby, which allowed us to do everything on foot. It was very worth it and, for sure, I would come back on a next visit and stay at the house again!

The house is beautiful, extremely clean, airy, with great natural lighting, the house is on a hillside, which makes it difficult to do things on foot, but it has a nearby bar and cafeteria. There was mta thing to do in town, so little we stayed in the house. We had a problem early on with a clogged bathroom drain that the co-host immediately offered help, but my husband solved it and didn't get in the way. I highly recommend it.

The hostess was kind to us, gave us all the directions, we went through a cold spell in the city, and the heater helped us a lot. The house is comfortable and there was no shortage of kitchen utensils, but I think it could have a microwave. I was uncomfortable only with the lack of a garage, we had to leave the car on the street, but maybe I had not paid attention to the description of the listing.

The nooks are exactly what we see in the picture. It's a beautiful and very peaceful place. The house was clean and well cared for. Sergio is a great host, responds quickly and sends the instructions in advance. Thank you for your stay, Sérgio!

The stay was simply wonderful! The house is super cozy and has a breathtaking view – waking up to that landscape was one of the highlights of the trip. It is the type of place that conveys peace and connection with nature. The host was amazing from start to finish: very kind, attentive and always available to help with any questions or needs. We feel very welcome and welcome. Without a doubt, an experience that I want to repeat and that I recommend with my eyes closed!

The check-in was super easy and quick. The location is absolutely wonderful, it is close to everything. There's even a pizzeria/restaurant on the same sidewalk that's perfect!! For those who are tall or a little heavier, as was the case with my husband, it can be a little difficult to use the bathroom and shower, due to the limited space (but we managed to find a way). Clean apartment, very cozy, great bed linen, very good quality towels!! Ana was super helpful and polite, the TV was broken when we arrived, but she quickly and promptly resolved everything. He gave me several guides for tourism and food, and he responded very quickly. The building itself and all its infrastructure is wonderful, just be sure to ask questions about any area of the building that requires scheduling (e.g. laundry) or payment of a fee to use (e.g. gourmet area)!! Please also be aware of the condominium rules! I loved getting to know the city and it was an incredible week. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Studio was great. The place matched the description, the location is great and everything was very clean and organized. The hosts, Lara and Renato, attended to us very well from the beginning and promptly helped us with what we needed. Super recommend the location!!

The stay was very good. Eliana is a great host. Since we stayed a month, it didn't include towels or bed linen - but when we asked Eliana, she came to deliver them that same night. She left clear instructions and the apartment is identical to the photos. We used the co-working space, the gym and the washer and dryer. You have to pay R$12 to wash and R$12 to dry. It's easy to schedule the machines and it takes about 40 minutes each. There is no way to dry clothes inside the apartment so you need to use the dryer. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It was a little cold and once they weren't clean. It appears that most people in the building are from Airbnb or similar. The location was excellent. We did everything on foot. Thanks Eliana!

Ana Laura's apartment was clean, organized and well located, offering a comfortable environment. The apartment was well equipped and the streamers (like Netflix and Amazon Prime) were already connected, which was a positive point for leisure.

Each space in Gloc Villa brings a new experience, and this time it was incredible to combine a lot of comfort and spaciousness at the same time. Inside and out! What a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains! I'll be back!

The stay at Vila Gloc was great! Our chalet was newly built, decoration of great taste, the bathroom had amenities provided by the hosts as well as the kitchen with coffee, sugar etc The view of the city of Águas da Prata and the mountains in the shared area of the Village is amazing The check in was great and Gil was very attentive, from booking to the last moment, with local tips, always responding quickly and very helpful I recommend your stay, thank you 🌸

We had a wonderful experience in our stay! The house was excellent, exactly the same as in the pictures, which made us very pleased. Bed and bath linens were of great quality. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower worked perfectly, with very hot water. City had a nice hairdryer! The kitchen was complete, with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living room was large and welcoming, ideal for interaction. The Internet worked perfectly, allowing two people to work simultaneously online without any problem. The common area also exceeded our expectations, being comfortable and perfectly illustrated in the photos. Also, the surrounding countryside was simply beautiful! We went to the blues festival in the mountains and the host, Gil, was exceptional! He did everything to support us by offering tips and transportation options. Gil made us super comfortable and was always available! We recommend and will be back with friends!

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.

It was our second time at the AP and we intend to come back more often, we felt at home. Well tidy apartment, nothing to complain about. Quiet place.
