Holiday rentals with a patio in Poços de Caldas

The condominium was the star of its time, and is still well preserved, with courts, swimming pools and well-kept surroundings. The apartment is renovated and newer than the others, small and functional with a good bed and shower! It already has bed and bath linens! For those with children, be aware that the condominium operates completely only in season, and some things only on weekends. The pool is not heated, it is air-conditioned with the famous "icebreaker."

Excellent studio. Very beautiful and organized. All necessary items at your disposal. Beautifully decorated, practical and safe. Hernane gave great indications of places to go near the studio and the contact with his mother who was available was super efficient and gentle. Voltaria more often and super indico.

We loved the stay! The apartment was clean, well organized and equipped with new utensils. Hélio was very attentive, responded quickly to our messages and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. We only had a problem with the parking, which is very tight and a larger car may have more difficulty, but everything worked out. We will definitely come back more often and give preference to staying in this apartment again.

Incredible location, very beautiful condominium, well cared for, caring, kind and polite employees. Good apartment with 3 bedrooms, comfortable beds, bathrooms, living room and clean environments. I, my mother, sister and my kittens love it too much. Condominium club and very close to the Centre and main attractions. Wells is very beautiful city. Kind and very attentive host. I highly recommend this place and amazing accommodation of good!! And don't worry about portable water, there's a lot of yay!! Mega recommend.

Julio's house is a true haven. The atmosphere is cozy and well decorated, with a perfect combination of comfort and rustic charm. The outdoor area, with its swimming pool and barbecue area, provides an excellent space to relax and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed our stay there. The stay was excellent, but it needs minor adjustments. The suite's bathroom with very little water and no box/curtain. Missing blackout in the 2 bedroom windows, as the windows are glass, when dawn is very clear. In the kitchen, cups, cups and background dishes are missing. The rest, everything's great. Mr Edson and his wife are great. The place is beautiful, very quiet, very organized, with clean bed and bath linens. We will return for sure.

The stay was excellent, the house is very wide, airy and with a privileged view, has a wide and cozy outdoor area, a wonderful place to spend with the family, especially if you have children. The house is located in a neighborhood with a single entrance, and on a dead end, making the site have little or no traffic noise, being exceptional to rest. Alessandra was extremely attentive and helpful, making communication easier.

Excellent accommodation with ample space. Movie theater with very comfortable reclining armchairs. Equipped kitchen. It has 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with impeccable bedding. It has 4 bathrooms. Gas heating makes the shower water very warm. The faucets have heated and cold water. The dining room has a large 8-seater table. It has a beautiful fireplace and barbecue area. Elisabeth's personalized service was very nice. We were in 6 adults and 1 children and we were comfortable installed. I recommend and will return with my family more often.

Ana Clara and Eugênio were very welcoming. Regarding the house, it is well located in an extremely peaceful and quiet place. The property is very spacious and accommodates tenants well.

Each space in Gloc Villa brings a new experience, and this time it was incredible to combine a lot of comfort and spaciousness at the same time. Inside and out! What a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains! I'll be back!

Caio's apartment is excellent. It has everything you need. You can really feel at home. The elevator is right next to it, so you don't even have to walk much to access the outside of the condominium. And this one, in turn, dismisses comment. Second time staying, all amazing. In addition to the wonderful structure, on commemorative dates, it has several leisure activities (e.g., at Easter, egg hunting with children). The condominium team is rated 10 and Caio was very attentive, answered all my questions, quickly. I highly recommend it.

Alexandre was amazing, communication is a differential, very attentive! The space is wonderful, full of life and practicality, I recommend! we were able to visit practically all the tourist spots in 4 days, close to everything if it is by car, I was very happy with this choice!

The stay at Vila Gloc was great! Our chalet was newly built, decoration of great taste, the bathroom had amenities provided by the hosts as well as the kitchen with coffee, sugar etc The view of the city of Águas da Prata and the mountains in the shared area of the Village is amazing The check in was great and Gil was very attentive, from booking to the last moment, with local tips, always responding quickly and very helpful I recommend your stay, thank you 🌸

We had a wonderful experience in our stay! The house was excellent, exactly the same as in the pictures, which made us very pleased. Bed and bath linens were of great quality. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower worked perfectly, with very hot water. City had a nice hairdryer! The kitchen was complete, with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living room was large and welcoming, ideal for interaction. The Internet worked perfectly, allowing two people to work simultaneously online without any problem. The common area also exceeded our expectations, being comfortable and perfectly illustrated in the photos. Also, the surrounding countryside was simply beautiful! We went to the blues festival in the mountains and the host, Gil, was exceptional! He did everything to support us by offering tips and transportation options. Gil made us super comfortable and was always available! We recommend and will be back with friends!

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
