Monthly Rentals in Podašpilje

Tonci's accommodation is a hidden gem. The approach is very steep and due to a bottleneck, it is recommended to use a small car (we rented a VW Polo and a Renault Capture). However, the hardships are definitely worth it! We were greeted around 8:30 pm by Tonci personally. He had provided a small cheese/sausage platter and showed us the apartment. Contrary to the statement that there was no hot water, there was some, you just had to turn the boiler switch. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Up in the mountains, you have a lot of privacy. The nearest neighbors live a good 60m away. Tonci came by about every three days to maintain the pool (refill chlorine tablets and measure water level). While the pool was being refilled, there was time for questions about the surroundings and small conversations. We more than enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this accommodation.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

The apartment is consistent with the photos, very clean and tastefully furnished, very cute. The view from the terrace is just incredible, it took my breath away!!! Tihana is very responsive to the slightest request and sent us a long message full of good recommendations. We were greeted by her parents who are adorable! We had a wonderful stay at their place, I recommend it without hesitation. I fell in love with this apartment when I saw the photos, it was even better in real life. You still need to be transported because the house is on the heights, but easy to access, with parking space!! In short, happiness!!! Great stay at Miro's who is a perfect host: attentive, friendly and caring. He is at your disposal and sends you all the little info to make your stay go as you wish :) The accommodation is functional and very clean. The bedding is excellent. The accommodation is very well located (close to small cove-type beaches and with a car, 15 minutes from Omis with a sandy beach and shops. The environment is extremely peaceful and without noise pollution except for cicadas or crickets in the evening! The sea view is stunning :) perfect for disconnecting and recharging. I would recommend it in a second. Thanks again Miro!
