Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Ihre Terasse und der Außenbereich sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an der tollen Aussicht von Vögel, Pferden, sogar ein paar kleine Schildkröten konnte man neben dem Haus beobachten, wie sie den Berg hoch und runter wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola hat super funktioniert, er hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir. Danke :)

Thank you for the kind service! We really enjoyed staying here this week. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and overall, we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

This place is just amazing, the house is packed with all sorts of things you would need to feel just at home. I chose it because it was close to the airport but I didn't expect to receive such hospitality and comfort. The house was extremely clean, the furniture was very plenty and the surrounding garden was beautiful. Ivana and her mother are amazing people, they did everything to make me comfortable and safe, I cannot thank them enough. Ivana's mother prepared some very tasty coffee and treats for me, they are both very genuine and kind hearted people. It was a very pleasant experience staying there and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel at home.

Logement compact, propre, calme et bien placé dans la vieille ville d'où l'on peut rayonner à pied. Un voisin adorable nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Restaurant La Lanterna et un salon de thé/bar Kaldorma très proches à recommander

Nie ma lepszego miejsca w Podgoricy. apartament jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej, kameralnej okolicy wśród domków jednorodzinnych. stąd wszędzie jest blisko. jesteś w centrum miasta, a masz zapewniony spokój, ciszę i intymność. bardzo fajne miejsce. polecam bardzo mocno!

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

We absolutely loved our stay in Igor’s cabin by the lake. It was everything we needed to get away from the noise of the city. Conveniently there is a great restaurant located right across the cabin as well (so we were well-fed). Igor made sure we had everything we needed in the cabin (including sun block and mosquito spray!). He was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations. We also had fun canoeing and meeting sunsets on the lake! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

super Wohnung mit wirklich allem. die Wohnung ist zu dem ausreichend zentral fürs Auto und liegt in einer belebten Umgebung. alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. es gibt gute restaurants und einen riesen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer nähe. es war zudem sehr bequem und gemütlich. wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt

1 yaşında çocuğumuz ile beraber ilk airbnb kiralamamızdı, evde yemek yapmak ve yaşamak için her şey eksiksiz olarak vardı. Evi çok beğendik. Temizliği ve bütün malzemeleri yeterliydi. Klima ve panjur çok iyi oldu. Kapalı garaj olması iyiydi sıcak hava olduğu için zorlanmadık. Her şey harikaydı. Kısa mesafede bir çok market ve cafe rahatlıkla bulabildik. İletişim olarak da gayet iyi ve rahat anlaştık.

This is one of the best rentals I’ve found in Montenegro. Nikola’s service, features, and helpful attitude are impressive, offering a professional yet friendly experience focused on guest satisfaction. It’s a 5-minute walk to Big Fashion and nearby coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, 2 minutes to Super Voli, and on the main street with private parking. The neighbors and building feel safe, making it ideal for families or friends planning a long-term stay. Every detail inside is set up for comfort, with Nikola ensuring guests’ needs are met. Extra requests or questions are handled quickly, regardless of your language, country, or knowledge of Montenegro. The items are high-quality, great for long stays or spending time at home, including kitchenware, bathroom supplies, and extra towels. Thanks to Nikola, my stay was great. The helpful info about Montenegro, extra-support during check-in/out, and ongoing assistance were commendable.

Extremely great value for money- very pretty apartment in a nice part of town

We had a great time staying here. There is a supermarket just as you walk out of the building which was very handy (keep in mind the supermarkets close on Sunday’s) It’s only a 30 minute walk into the city centre but lots of places along the way. There is a shopping centre and a large supermarket a 10 minute walk away which was nice . The place itself was very good. We did have some issues with the tv but the hosts were super helpful and got that fixed within an hour. The hosts were very quick to respond with any other questions we had too. The kitchen was easy to use but there is minimal cooking utensils and no lids for the pots if you were going to make a lot of meals at the accommodation. Overall it’s a really nice place and location for the price and super amazing hosts.

We emergently needed a short stay near the airport. And Dejan not only responded really quickly which helped us alot. The place itself was beautiful and we wish we were able to spend more time there. Would surely love to visit again.

Wir haben Milos und seine Familie als super nette Gastgeber kennengelernt. Die Wohnung entspricht 100% dem Inserat. Es ist alles da um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Bei Fragen reagieren sie sofort und sind extrem hilfsbereit. Man merkt einfach, dass sie mit Herzblut dabei sind. Die Lage ist perfekt um verschiedene Ausflüge sowohl an die Küste als auch ins Umland zu machen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schönen Gespräche und den Einblick in euer Leben als Einheimische. Es fühlte sich fast so an, als hätten wir Freunde besucht. Ada hatte besonders Glück so viel mit eurer wunderbaren Tochter Kalina im Garten spielen zu können. High five on that 😉

We had a nice stay at Stefan's apartment! The apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed during our stay. The location of the apartment is convenient and located in a nice area. We highly recommend booking if you're looking for a place to stay while in Podgorica. :)

Was soll man sagen, eigentlich haben bereits alle anderen Personen, die dieses Appartement gebucht hatten, alles gesagt. Und genau so ist es auch. Alles und damit meine ich auch die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Luka sind absolut top. Meine Anfrage nach einer Kaffeemaschine hat er direkt aufgegriffen und die alte defekte Kapselmaschine gegen eine nagelneue Kapselmaschine ausgetauscht. Auch Anfragen zu Wanderungen und Restaurants konnte Luka problemlos erfüllen. Dabei waren manche Tipps echt grandios. Alles in allem haben wir 12 wundervolle Tage in Montenegro gehabt und Luka hat daran proaktiv seinen Anteil. Sollten wir irgendwann einmal wieder nach Podgorica fliegen, wird das sicher unsere erste Adresse sein. Dafür vielen Dank, Luka. ;-)

Everything as described/expected. Instructions were clear and easy. Milos was very responsive. Would def stay again. Only a 5 minute walk into "Old Town".

The apartment is a short walk away from many cafés and restaurants which was super convenient. As it was slightly outside the main city it was nice and quiet at night but close enough to bars and a club! Nice clean apartment with a responsive and helpful host. Lovely stay.

Bardzo dziękuję za mieszkanie. wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Mieszkanie super. Komunikacja z gospodarzami szybka. Są bardzo pomocni. Mieszkanie w cichym bloku. Blisko do atrakcji i dworca. Będę polecać.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location
