Monthly Rentals in Poggio Gherardo

This is a beautiful apartment!! It’s located on an upper floor but there is a small elevator. Check-in process was super easy! If we’re ever back in Florence, I would definitely stay here again. This was my most favorite accommodations from our trip so far!

Highly recommend. Beautiful quiet surroundings and very nicely furnished apartment😊. There was also a free parking space and dogs are allowed which was very important to us both. We spontaneously got the place for 2 nights and the host responded very quickly and was there for any help. Very happy to come back 😊

Everything was great. You can't imagine a better hostess and host than Paola and Enrico! Always respond, very friendly, very good tips! The apartment feels completely like home. Good place in the city. We do everything by bike. Perfect!

I stayed a little over a month and it was a great stay! Market 7 min walk, bus stop nearby, city center a good 45 min walk. Apartment just like the photos, host Elisa always responded promptly. I only had a problem with the freezer, which I had to defrost because it produced a lot of ice, and with the refrigerator, which lowered the temperature on its own. Since I was storing insulin, I was worried, but I already notified the host and she will certainly check it. A good stay for those who prefer to stay outside the tourist center.
