Very nice house, very well maintained. Lucio and Marilina hosted us well. Access to the beach in 2 minutes allowed us to swim very early in the morning and late at night, and that's a privilege. The proximity of the campsites is not at all bothersome, and it offers a wide selection of restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The hosts are beautiful, kind, open and helpful people and this is what made our stay so special. The house and the terrace in front are very cozy and are well equipped, you can see that that Savino and Francesca arrange everything with love, care and style. Therefore, this house is most perfect for families / couples looking for a place where they can relax and have a quiet holiday. We went there at the end of September 2023. Even though we were very unlucky with the weather, we could swim as the sea is still quite warm. The beach area in general is very nice and perfect for kinds (as it does not go deep right away).

The semi-detached house is super located and well equipped. We were there in the low season in October. The direct neighboring house was free at the time, so we had a real detached house with full privacy. And private beach! The small deck chair rental guestro was of course already closed, and directly accessible via a few stairs of the empty beach. We used Enrico's beach chairs, so we had a few real beach days. In the afternoon, the area is always used by a young Moto-Cross driver, who is probably still too young for a driver's license...this can be a bit annoying, but only happened temporarily, but daily... there was not a disturbance during the night or in the morning...just the sound of the sea...we can highly recommend Enrico's house as a family!

We spent two weeks at Giulia's place and from the first moment we had a great time. The house was as described with a great space in front and in a very quiet area. The driveway is a little narrow and steep uphill, but in September we crossed other cars rarely.

we stayed at this wonderful villa of Angela with family and friends....large garden with all the comforts... outdoor shower....diffusion...everything was perfect! rooms with air conditioning!!! toppp!! Angela is always available for everything! Comfortable area for the sea and wonderful beaches!!! I hope to return to Gargano and Angela in the day!!!

we had a great week at Angelo's place. The views were incredible and it was absolutely quiet.

My partner and I stayed at the Mariachiara property with our dog. The place was perfectly matched to the description, well distributed indoor space, clean and stocked linens (we stayed 10 days). The exterior is fairytale: the view of the sea is incredible and peace was stillaround. Gated property. An idyllic place. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the first beach, the marina and in 15 minutes you can get to the center of Mattinata. We were welcomed by Margherita and her mother, two wonderful people, kind and helpful. Margherita provides us with directions and useful tips about the area (also for our dog). Great hospitality. Mariachiara greeted us when we returned the keys, very kind too. A perfect stay. Highly recommended accommodation.

Marco's villa is exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The garden is beautiful. The view is mesmerizing. It is peaceful and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

This place is a hidden gem. The stairs that lead down to the beach and the beach spectacular.!!! The house super clean, super comfortable, not cluttery, felt like home. Flo is a great host. She had fruits and eggs and waters provided for us in the kitchen. I didn’t want to leave the home, and the views are wonderful. This place was a balm to my soul. Very peaceful and relaxing. Five star super host and the town and the people especially in the historic town are wonderful. Thank you Flo for all your details and your kindness. My family will never forget it :-)

Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.

Beautiful villa! After traveling half of Italy we stopped for 5 days at YourPlace Abruzzo where we were able to rest peacefully and especially enjoy the pool which is just beautiful. Nothing to say except the last 100m to reach the villa which is a gravel road.

We had a great time, we enjoyed the pool and the flat was very nice! Christina was very helpful regarding the flat, amenities and other questions we had. We would absolutely recommend this place!

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.

Very nice hosting by Roberta and her entire family who took great care of us. Roberta is available and we ate very well with the family in her dad Pascale's very good restaurant. Pool, garden, tranquility, I recommend it.

This is a remarkable property. It’s a large, attractive, comfortable, & stately home with spacious grounds, including many trees, lawn areas, free parking, and a pool. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a dishwasher (no microwave). Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body wash (despite being listed among the amenities), and the WiFi is barely adequate (it works only in the downstairs living room). The home is just outside of Vasto, a nice town with an attractive historic center, on a ridge with views of Vasto Marina (beach area), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. The hosts were helpful & responsive. We had a very restful stay, and our grandson loved the foosball! Highly recommended!

Paola was very welcoming and generous. The house had good facilities as advertised. Good location to get to beaches and explore the national park. Recommended.

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. I traveled to Vieste with my husband, two kids (6 and under) and MIL for a short stay. This location is about ten minutes from the city center (which is absolutely amazing--filled with shops, restaurants and attractions for children like a merry go round). Valentina's accommodation is private and there is a large pool area for relaxation and fun. There is a shared washer unit and a coffee machine on site for a very low cost. The apartment offered many sleeping arrangements (including a sofa lounger single bed) and pack and play for a baby. There is only one main air conditioner in the unit and sheets and towels were included. The beds were comfortable and shower worked well. We loved seeing and sharing common areas with people from other countries and being able to eat on our veranda. Valentina was very kind and responsive. She was always willing to give recommendations and check in on our needs. Thanks for a great stay Valentina!

Wonderful stay in a very quiet area of vastness. Access to many restaurants and lots of activities within a twenty-minute drive. Matteo is very helpful and not at all intrusive. The entire set of accommodations is very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. We'll definitely be back
