The main building has a living room, kitchenette, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a large loft, a toilet with a shower cabin and a closet. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. There is a rowing boat for guests to use.

Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Fredrikanrannan's yard is like a summer cottage. We will heat the beach sauna for guests in the evenings at a separately agreed time, or you can heat it yourself whenever you want. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
