The property is a cozy studio apartment with a sauna in a yard building. Beautiful location on the edge of a mountain birch forest, with a view of the Norwegian side from the window. Guests have access to a fire pit. The Tenojoki River is at the end of a two-hundred-meter-long driveway. From this point, there is easy access to the beach, where there is a picnic table and an old stretch of trail leading to the upper reaches of the river. Next to the property, there is a trail leading to the upland. The beds can also be placed separately "along the walls." For multi-night accommodation for one person, the second bed can be removed.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a 50" smart TV, an atmospheric fireplace and a comfortable corner sofa bed. The loft has one 160 cm double bed and two single beds. The loft can be divided into two bedrooms with a curtain. The apartment has its own entrance, two outdoor storage rooms and a terrace.

The cottages in the Village of Silence were hand-carved 30 years ago. In 2023, the cottages will be completely renovated. The cottage has its own toilet, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fridge. On the terrace of the cottage there is a wood-fired hot tub. The hot tub can be ordered separately. There is a main building in the area where you will find a restaurant with a full license, serving breakfast and dinner on request. The main building also has separate toilets and showers for women and men.
