Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Great stay for 2 nights at Patrick & Laurence’s house. The charming house was as described. The kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly. The village is tiny, but has a small shop and a bakery both just a minute or two away from the house. There are no restaurants but there are food trucks on some evenings - we managed to catch the pizza van on our second evening which was a lifesaver after a long day at Disney. Patrick & Laurence were very responsive throughout the stay. Thanks!

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We feel good there, only one regret: leaving. Thank you Florence

We had a great stay thanks to Adèle. The house is perfect for hosting several families with children. Everything is well thought out and the large garden with the volleyball court is a real plus! Thanks again to Alain for his hospitality and flexibility.

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was equipped with all comforts and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the jaquzzi enormously. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and well maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. We hope to come back sometime.

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Pascal, the location is perfect for groups with all facilities you can imagine. For activities you must look for in the surrounding area. We went kayaking and visited Chateau Fontainebleau, all relative close by. Pascal is very friendly and quick to react to any questions. Would definitely recommend the place to groups who are looking for a quiet and relaxed French experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at Sandrine's for 3 days and 2 nights with 6 friends and I would like to highlight the quality of the welcome as well as the responsiveness of the host. The accommodation was impeccable, faithful to the description, comfortable and well located (all the necessary amenities nearby). The pool is a real asset, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing and above all covered + heated. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility that Sandrine and her husband showed regarding arrival and departure times, which greatly facilitated our organization. I recommend this address without hesitation.

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Each had their own sleeping and bathing area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Hanno's house. The house had a nice authentic ambiance and was so quiet and peaceful :) We checked in later than expected, but that wasn't a problem for Marie and Hanno who waited to show us around even late at night. The house was bigger than expected, with a lovely garden and a nice equipped kitchen and bathroom, and enough space to park your car. We got some complementary (Belgian ;)) beers in the fridge, which was very nice! Just one minor improvement: not all guests wash their dishes as well (apparently), which made some of the dishes in the cabinet really dirty. This also caused the downstairs floor to smell a bit funky unfortunately. The bed was also a bit small, but definitely not a big problem for us - just good to know! The area was beautiful and quiet, with a bakery a couple of minutes away. Tip: visit Provins while you're there, it's definitely the prettiest village around!

I enjoyed my time at the place, the place had parking with beautiful views and peaceful neighbours and had a cinema room which was lovely after a long day in Paris

We had 10 great days in this beautiful house. Our girls (10, 8 and 4 years) loved it too! We were very lucky with the sunny weather and could sit outside a lot. Also, the yellow flowers in the area were all in bloom - really very beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfasts at the long table, cooking in the spacious kitchen, a video evening with the projector and playing football in the garden. The beds slept wonderfully. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity. We got the peace and privacy we were looking for. - Provins is highly recommended. - From Provins we took the train to Paris (75 min) - ideal. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was present! The flexible arrival was a plus for us! It was a spacious house that was enormously cozy and well cared for. We definitely recommend staying here if you would like to go climbing or enjoy nature!

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

The house is quite functional, clean and carefully decorated. There were 14 of us and everyone found their place! The bedding is impeccable and the modular "dorm" room brought full satisfaction. The very large grounds are tastefully arranged: we were able to practice various activities: pétanque, badminton, spa, table tennis... Garden lounges and hammocks also make it possible to fully enjoy the outdoors. A big thank you to Sophie for hosting and kindness. She was very responsive and attentive.

Spacious and well-equipped accommodation in a small peaceful village. Pleasant and enclosed courtyard. I recommend it.
