Loved the place! It was clean & cozy! Check-in was a breeze & Mindy was very responsive when I had questions before and after I booked. I would definitely recommend staying here & we will be back next time!

An absolutely outstanding location! The cottage is wonderfully secluded, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Inside, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I must note, the king-size bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable and you need to experience the master bathroom shower! The hot tub was perfect! Spotless and well taken care of. You can unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the sounds birds and nature. Amber exemplifies the perfect host! She was very responsive and courteous, checking in via the AirBNB chat to make sure we had everything we needed. Our entire stay was flawless! We were sad to leave and return home, but we can't wait to book again! Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay for an all-woman trip to go wedding dress shopping in nearby town and decided to make it a nice weekend get-a-way! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area and we agree the area itself is worth going to for a relaxing get-a-way. The house was absolutely perfect, stunning and perfect for our retreat! Each person LOVED the decor and slept peacefully on the beds - one lady felt she was 'sleeping on a cloud'. Magnolia Springs area was safe to walk around and riding the golf cart and looking at the beautiful architecture was especially nice! 5 Star Stay!

We just loved the condo , it was beautiful furnished and very well decorated, The bathroom was just beautiful Maureen was very quick to answer any questions that we had . She was also a very thoughtful host , it was so nice to find a bottle of wine and fresh flowers when we arrived We will definitely stay again

We had the best time! Everything was perfect. We literally didn’t need to bring anything except clothes and food. Everything we needed was there, phone and tablet chargers, beach and pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas and everything you would need in the kitchen. Beds were so comfortable. We loved it

This was our second year staying at Adriana’s place and it went off without a hitch, just as we expected! It is always clean, comfortable, and convenient to all of the fun attractions Gulf Shores and Orange Beach has to offer. We loved our stay, made amazing memories, and can’t wait to return.

I may be repeating myself over and over, but we LOVE this place! It is our favorite, everything about it and the location is perfect. This was our 2nd stay for vacation and will hopefully be our vacation spot every year!!!

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores and David’s cottage was awesome! Great location, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so close to walk to the beach. All the beach equipment and toys were such a great touch… our grandkids loved the pool too! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and afternoons as it got great shade and breezes! David was so nice, helpful and very responsive! You can’t go wrong by staying at The United We Sand!

Colin and Sandi are amazing hosts! I love when I find hosts that truly care about their guests because that seems to be harder to come by lately. Their response time was always immediate and they are very thoughtful. There was a welcome note and dog treats arranged in a smile. This is the first dog friendly place we've stayed where they provided treats, lots of toys and bowls. My pup also gives this 5 stars! He loved the big fenced in backyard too. The house is beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everything you'll need. I highly recommend! I hope next time we're in Mobile this house is available for us to book again!

Quiet and very relaxing. Dolphins out frolicking everyday and sunsets were beautiful! House has everything you need. Bring insect repellents as they could be quite brutal at times at least while we were there. We will be back.

This home is exceptional. Very comfortable living area, well equipped kitchen, and bedrooms conducive to restful nights! Our favorite spot was the screened-in porch for morning coffee and quiet evenings where herons and turtles appeared to entertain us! Also Donna, the host, was very attentive checking in to see if anything was needed! We look forward to staying there again when back in Alabama! We give this house a 5+!

We had a blast and this location was perfect. Great waterfront location with a great restaurant on property. The house was very clean and perfect. Absolutely no issues and will be booking this house for our trip next year

The house has a wonderful deck to sit in the shade and listen to the waves, we spent all our of evenings there. Very short walk to the beach, there were beach chairs for us to use at the house which was very helpful! The outdoor lights weren’t working which made walking up/down the stairs at night difficult however Bridgett was very responsive about that small issue! Tacky jacks and Sassy Bass are located close to the house (~10 minutes) so you don’t have to drive 30 minutes back to town when you want to go out! Overall great stay!

Our family loved staying here. Beautiful, spacious, and clean. It looks small on the outside but once you walk in, it is roomy and comforting. Had all of the amenities one would hope to have when staying in an Air BnB. Hosts were friendly and communicative! It was great to have the community pools when you wanted to be in the water but not go to the beach. The "main" town of Gulf Shores and some of the other beaches are about a 20-30 minute drive away so not far. We loved staying here, it was perfect. Location was great for our trip. It was convenient to both Spanish Fort and Fairhope areas. Private drive (shared with another home, which was a little close but wasn't an issue) off of main road. Home and area felt safe. Everything was as described and pictured. Austin & Hannah were both very responsive to messages. Space was well furnished and nice for our group of 4. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
