Capers Landing was a wonderful gem we discovered during our visit to Nova Scotia. Nikki has put a great deal of thought and planning into making the home comfortable and delightfully decorated. Her attention to detail really shows. A high priority for us is how kitchens are equipped. This kitchen was both well equipped, modern and had stunning views of the waterfront. The Internet was very fast. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms had a luxury appointments. Our only wish is we had planned a longer stay. It is clear why this home gets so booked up. We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Jeff and Suzanne

Maison centenaire rénovée avec beaucoup de minutie et de soucis du détail. Propreté impeccable, cuisine toute équipée. Grand terrain pour courir, jouer au ballon, à la pétanque et observer des chevreuils :) Vue partielle de l'océan, on ne peut pas s'y rendre à pied facilement. 2-3 minutes en voiture (1.6km) de la fantastique plage de Pointe Michaud (3km de plage avec sauveteur et toilettes sèches) À 5min du Lobsers-r-us ou on a acheté des homards qui venaient d'être pêchés (ils peuvent aussi nous les cuire) Aucun réseau cellulaire (Videotron/Bell/Rogers/Telus) ni à la maison, ni a la plage. La maison est équipée d'un téléphone pour appels locaux.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d'un mois, la maison voici les points forts: Résidence bien située pour découvrir l'Île du Cap Breton et ses alentours. Endroit très calme et éloigné des voisins, juste en face de la marina. Belle résidence, très propre, pleine de belles fenêtres, confortable et bien climatisée Foyer extérieur et pergolas très appréciés. Tous les services et restaurations sont à moins d'un kilomètre La nature est très présente tout autour de la maison (cerf, renards, écureuils, crabes, cormorans, hérons, geai bleu, martin pêcheur, etc..). Les points à tenir en compte: Absence de rideau dans la chambre à coucher principale. Absence de moustiquaire dans toutes les fenêtres alors, ont choisi les moustiques ou l'air climatisée. Table à manger pour seulement 6 personnes assises (annoncé; maximum de 8 voyageurs). Cuisine très sommairement équipée Beaucoup d'ampoules sont brûlées à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et aucune Un gros merci à nos hôtes pour le séjour!

Our stay in the house with our 2 kids and dog was wonderful. The kids loved searching for sea glass on the beach across the road and playing games in the large yard. Neighbours were friendly and helped us secure dog-sitting services for a day from a friend of theirs only 10 minutes away. Pondville Beach was a short drive and the kids were able to see large lobsters beside the pier. The quiet location, big yard, and pet-friendly beaches nearby made it an ideal spot for us. We got to meet our host, and he was able to provide info on the area and surrounding communities. Listing was as described in the ad.
