The perfect place to vacation or work remotely! This is your oceanfront oasis, your own floor in a historic building with your own private wrap around porch! You're right on the ocean, watching the waves, the sun rise and all the activity on the boardwalk. Complete with Wi-Fi, High end TV, all the best amenities and A/C, although you may never need it with the nice sea breezes. I have set this to be Saturday to Saturday rentals, like most places on the shore, contact me for other needs.
