Beautiful home, house has great features and very modern.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Danny and Laura’s! The house was very comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The heated pool was a major plus- even when the weather was cold, the pool was very warm and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep, while still being only 7-10 min walk from the boardwalk. The beach is about 2 min walk. Danny and Laura are very thoughtful and communicative hosts who clearly care a lot about their guests - they were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would like to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to future guests.

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Our Memorial Day weekend stay at the shore was outstanding. Tommy's property is meticulously maintained and centrally located. The beach is within walking distance, accessible via a private path. Jenkinsons Boardwalk is merely a five-minute walk away, making it an ideal location. Tommy provided us with parking passes for our convenience, which greatly facilitated our stay. He was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us; we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We had a great time staying here! The house was so close to the beach, super clean, everything was setup for our needs, they made it feel at home and so easy for a quick great beach getaway! We walked to a ton of great restaurants and even on a rainy weekend there was enough to do to still have a great time! Stefania was communicative and everything was exactly as described. Brand new house, place was spotless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Backyard is great and fenced in. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. Would definitely book again, Pamela checked in on us daily during our stay with flexible check in/out.

We had a wonderful week at Tina’s home in Point Pleasant, our first trip back to the Jersey Shore in many years, and it didn’t disappoint. The location, the nostalgia, and the true sense of community made it a special return. The house itself is quaint and surprisingly large, with every modern amenity we could have needed. Just three blocks from the beach, it was perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. We loved taking the bikes for rides to the boardwalk, grilling on the gas BBQ, and enjoying the cozy outdoor seating areas on the huge porch. And being so close to Hoffman’s ice cream was the cherry on top! Tina was a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone looking to soak up the best of the Jersey Shore.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

We had a great stay! They had everything we needed in the house and it was super clean and looked just like the photos. Even with bad weather we were able to have a blast because there were lots of activities in the house to keep us busy! It's also in a great location and an easy walk to town or to the beach. Highly recommend this stay!

Obsessed is an understatement! Love going to the beach for my birthday for ultimate relaxation. The cottage was adorable, had anything you could need and the location is impossible to beat. The house was very clean and everything had its place. Stay was a gracious, kind host and very responsive. We will be visiting again for sure!

Anthony was amazing from booking, to answering questions, to providing help from the time I booked the place to the time we left. Comfortable accommodations. Great for two families traveling with children, and could not be more convenient to the beach, boardwalk, and nearby attractions. We will definitely be back.
