Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Literally steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions. We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends. Includes one (1) reserved parking spot right in front of the condo. Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

You are two blocks from the beach and two minutes from some of the best nightlife on the shore. Behind the propery is Fishermans Cove, a very popular park that has nature walks down to a nice bay beach along the manasquan inlet. You are walking distance to all the great shopping Manasquan has.

We provide 4 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. There is a folding outdoor table to be used in the parking lot at your discretion. There is 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 sofa, and 1 queen air mattress. We know you will love the location!
