Atypical, new house, located between the Port de Kérity and the Eckmühl lighthouse. You will enjoy views of the lighthouse from all the rooms and ocean views from the upstairs bedroom. On foot, the ocean is one minute away, the lighthouse is 2 minutes away, and the Port de Kérity is 5 minutes away! You will stay in an eco-designed house made entirely of wood. On stilts, located on a large plot of land, with trees to the south and east. 2 parking spaces at the entrance. No shutters in the upstairs BD.
