Beachfront holiday rental in Pointe-Noire

Impeccable stay. Nothing to say about hosting at the end of the stay. She was able to answer any questions we had without difficulty. If you had to do it again, would have been happy to do it again.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Very nice cottage in the middle of nature, very peaceful setting and great location in the immediate vicinity of many shops. Very welcoming host who gave us lots of good advice. I highly recommend it! Thank you very much:)

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

At Mamie Claudette, warm welcome and great moments of sharing, everything and perfect for a great stay. Lovely host and present for these tenants. the rental is identical to the listing, nothing is missing, very comfortable bed and a terrace with unobstructed views of the boiling bay. We had a pleasant stay at Manu's place. The three of us stayed there without stepping on each other. Ideal for spending peaceful and relaxing moments. The heated spa is a real plus. We would be very happy to go back 🙃

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The location is beautiful. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts are really friendly. We felt comfortable and welcome with our two children aged 11 and 13. Access by car is easy. There's a grocery store nearby. It's walking distance to a small beach to go snorkeling and see turtles as well as beautiful fish and corals. We recommend the place and would return without hesitation.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

We had a great time at this place! The apartment was clean, comfortable and as described. Valerie was absolutely great: welcoming, available and always ready to help while respecting our privacy. Her attention to detail and kindness really made a difference. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay again!

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Patricia, it was her son who welcomed us as well as for the return of the keys. Tanou was very nice and considerate. Patricia sent us practical information during our stay. (market day, weather alert). The space was in line with our expectations that were clean and functional. And the ocean infinity pool is a real plus.

Honestly it was the most beautiful AirBnb we rented all destinations together. Very clean and all amenities! The welcome basket was much appreciated! In short, a memorable stay! We really recommend everything!

the bungalow is very well equipped , close to the beach and a large area for shopping. the host is very responsive with quick replies. Our stay was very nice, I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here using it as a base to explore this coast. We made the mistake of following the directions in Air Bnb instead of Cedric’s GPS location which put us waaaaaay up a very narrow heavily treed dirt road, so that was a mistake. Follow Cedric’s gps coordinates! We snorkelled twice from Leroux beach which is just down the street; there were lots of different fish once you went far out along the left side. We enjoyed the very clean pool. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

Really nice accomodation in Saint Anne. It is more spacious than on the pictures and very well equipped. Sinta is a very nice host that gave us loads of tips for restaurants that we enjoyed.

Practical accommodation in a good location for discovering the many sites in the north of Basse Terre, and well-equipped. Small restaurants around the corner, and beach within walking distance.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence to visit Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we experienced several consecutive days of total water outages (a recurring issue in Saint Francis, especially during heavy rains). The accommodation had a non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets, so we had to supply ourselves with drinking water, but the owner was willing to take care of it. This situation tarnished the stay, but not because of the owner, of course, but because of the local water distribution management structure. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.
