The stay met all our expectations—the place was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The only hiccup was finding the property, as the listed address initially led us to a nearby dental office. Once we figured it out, everything went great! Very cozy and modern. I especially liked the big window view.

The location was perfect; close to great restaurants and with easy access to the rest of the city, but what really stood out was the home itself. Every detail, from the light fixtures and tilework to the furniture, décor, and open layout, was thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the cozy outdoor terrace, which was perfect for morning coffee (Consuelo Pan De Madre is a great place for breakfast!). The hosts were also fantastic and very responsive. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful and welcoming space that others can experience!

Everything is excellent! In a nice and quiet area! The apartment is very nice and super nicely decorated! I would recommend it!!

The apartment is well located next to Plaza Toreo and the Banamex center, 15 minutes away on foot. The only "but" I have is that due to the orientation, the bedroom window is right on the side where the sun rises in the morning and the blind that is installed does not cover it, so every day we woke up at 7 in the morning

I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

Wonderful place and location would stay again

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect💯 I have stayed at many airbnbs but the level of communication and attention to detail was next level here. They accommodated all our needs and requests. And the stars of the show were Elvis and her sister who made sure every request was met. Worth every penny and more to be in this lovely quiet safe neighborhood. We had the most incredible stay here! Location is incredibly walkable with SOOO many restaurants and shops nearby. The place felt very safe and secure and so peaceful with the courtyard garden views and singing birds. Place is bigger than pictured- a great option for those that would like to have their own space and privacy. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Our stay was awesome! I love the home layout as each bedroom along with its full bathroom were on their own level. The kitchen and living room areas were wonderful and the furniture made it feel special. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and it is a place we would love to come back and stay at again!

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Such an amazing stay! Fantastic location, Judit was very responsive and allowed us to check in an hour earlier. She knew we needed lockers for checkout and was extremely proactive and letting us know. The place was near all the restaurants and bars we wanted to checkout and in a safe neighborhood. Space was just like photos and very clean!

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

David's apartment is excellent. It has everything you need, super clean, very nice and very accessible to get to. I will definitely go back there and I highly recommend it to all AIRBNB travelers. It is well worth the price. Thank you David and congratulations.

We had a wonderful stay for a girls trip! Andrea and her team were so helpful with check in and recommendations, the space is beautiful and so enjoyable to be in. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

Apartment is perfect right off of Horacio where you can walk in the mornings and evening as well as the dogs. Host was very helpful, friendly and responsive. We had extended our stay since we lived it so much!
