Beachfront holiday rental in Policoro

Honestly it was one of the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Beach over the street, cool outside shower, lovely interior with a mix of old charmful furnitures and modern elements, privacy but with the italian atmosphere around. The host was super cool and all the time available. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

At that time, on a Monday, everything was closed and the neighborhood made up of summer rentals was deserted. But we were able to swim. Very good apartment and breakfast offered.

Giovanni's apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. The apartment also have a nice patio. The location in a calm and pleasant village by the sea is very good. Nearest grocery store is one minute walk away and so are the sea where you can have a bath in the crystal clear water. Giovanni is a very friendly and thoughtful host who is reachable and who also replies quickly. Thank you Giovanni for a great stay for me and my son

Lovely place, beautiful sea, with access to a pebble beach almost for private use, Amelia and Gaetano welcomed us as if we were family, giving us all the necessary information to spend our vacation in the best way, friendly and never invasive, we will definitely be back next year

Roberta and Francesco were super nice and helpful! Our plane was delayed but that was no problem for both, despite the nightly check-in. The place was super clean and very well equipped. You will always find a sun spot for breakfast or dinner. There are some beautiful coves in the immediate vicinity and plenty of good restaurants. We were most impressed by the incredible hospitality with which we were received - thank you Roberta and Francesco!

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

The welcome was perfect, the host waited for us at 10pm despite a delay in the arrival of our plane. She gave us a listing similar to the description. The amenities available helped us have a lovely stay! A huge thank you to our host for his help and assistance when we needed to sew an important garment for a ceremony. I can't thank you enough, despite the language barrier you were great!!! We'll be back at your place if we come back to Taranto!

Mine and I were very satisfied, we found the villa very clean and equipped with any need, a short walk to a beautiful sea. Anna Mary was immediately available and ready to help. I highly recommend it. If I were to go back to Puglia I would not hesitate to go back there.

Quaint bungalow at the back of an estate. I would not recommend more than 2 people staying here due to space limitations. Nice pool, beach is a 3 minute walk. I was there in the off season so many of the restaurants were closed but the ones that were open were adequate. Grocery store is a 15 minute walk. Host was very responsive to my questions. Easy check in and check out. Would happily stay there again.

Comfortable, clean and cozy apartment! The private pool is an absolute plus! Having a washing machine at the apartment was very helpful also. There are only a handful of restaurants in walking distance while the beach is 5 min walk from the place. There are a couple of free public beaches, but we recommend the Sun Bay camping village for a beach day. You can rent an umbrella and chair right on the beach. We had a great time!!

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

I stay in Antonietta place for a month. It was amazing time. Definatelly I will come again. The village is secured by amazing person, Mario. From the first moment I felt like visiting family, with having very quiet private space for myself. It was absolutelly the best choice for longer stay.

If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, this is your spot! Steps away from the beach, Leyla offers a relaxing apartment with full kitchen, spacious living areas, and clean bathroom. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect for the beach, though I wish there was a little more to do in the area as many restaurants were already closed the first week of September, or we were the only ones dining / out at bars.

Our stay at Anna's place was super positive. The apartment exactly reflects the published photos. Despite being a small studio, it has everything you need to make the most of your holidays, we were amazed when we saw that there is also an iron:). Clean towels and a typical welcome bottle of wine have been provided, and there is air conditioning. The area is quiet with a parking space right in front of the house. It is conveniently located less than 10 min walk from the sea where you will find a large free beach. Pasquale and his family were kind, hospitable, and very helpful. They offered us homemade panzerotti and tomatoes harvested directly from their garden. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back.

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

The stay in Vincenzo's apartment was to our liking. Upon our arrival, the owner Vincenzo welcomed us and showed us everything. A plus is the presence of the umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling masks and a double beach bed at our disposal!! We found the apartment to be very clean and tidy. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Very well-equipped kitchen in terms of utensils, pots, dishes, a very spacious refrigerator, modern microwave...in short, a well-stocked and well-kept kitchen. Large rooms. An outdoor area that deserves a 10 as a vote: very pleasant and spacious where you can eat, rest, or spend pleasant evenings. The area is great for getting around the most renowned nearby beaches or for those who do not want to move the car stay there since the sea is just 100 meters from the apartment. And then a special thank you to Vincenzo for his exquisite kindness!! Would go back!!!

I really liked Giulio apartment in Taranto. It is spacious and cozy, with everything you need for a great stay. It is well-located in the best part of the city, close to the Aragonese Castle and the main streets, surrounded by good restaurants, a market, and everything you need in the city. I highly recommend it.

Everything is as described and photographed. The proximity to a beautiful sea is a plus!! The house has everything you need, it is fresh and quiet. Communication with Giuseppe was excellent, although he could not come in person, the grandfather welcomed us and satisfied all our requests. Recommended!!

The house is very very nice, spacious and comfortable, good location to get to the beaches and turn around, too bad only on the street a little busy but still to get around would be the car to get around regardless. Simona is an extremely helpful person. Recommended
