What an incredible trip! This condo has it all - the most incredible view of the ocean/sunset, 5-10 minute walking distance to everything you’d want to see/do in Polignano a mare, far enough from the ruckus that you get peace and quiet, and convenient parking. Francesco, our host, was a massive help and made our trip fun and comfortable - really flexible at check in (the check in process if really easy by the way), had a bunch of recommendations for food, activities and car rental, he helped us organize private cars whenever we needed them, etc. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I did a lot of research for options in Polignano - this was the best possible choice - comfortable, convenient, and a jaw-dropping view from the balcony. We went out for sunset most days - but none of the views were even close to the view we had from the balcony.

Marta’s place is exactly as in the photos and is super clean. It is decorated with an airy, beachy vibe, very lovely. Marta was extremely friendly and responsive, and she quickly resolved a minor matter by bringing us extra pillows and linens. The location is good, and it’s important to know that this location is on the edge of town, not in town. It’s a short easy walk to town. There is construction going on, but it was never noisy. There is no designated parking and the small lot behind the apartment is public. Fortunately, we never had difficulty finding a space, but it is possible that could be a challenge in high season. The upper deck is lovely with a great view, however, it was too windy to spend any time up there. A great experience all around. We can’t say enough about Marta’s hospitality and how pristine the place is! Thank you, Marta!

We had a fanatic stay at Gianni’s place! It is spread over three levels (including a rooftop terrace) and immaculate inside. It is centrally located, which made going out for dinner very easy. Despite it being so central, it was quiet at nighttime and we had the best sleeps. The AC is also a big advantage! We also loved that it has a kitchenette and fridge which allowed us to do some meals from home. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would come back!

The photographers apartment is an excellent opportunity to stay in the heart of Monopoli overlooking the harbor. Very nice, comfortable apartment that is two flights up from street level. Fabrizio was very helpful, a cheerful person with loads of local information and always available by direct message. We spent 5 nites and were very happy with the accommodations.
