Anna Marie’s place was in a great location to the beach as well as most local sites. Easy walking to ruins and the beach. Location was quiet and had a nice swimming pool.

We stayed from May 31 to June 4. The apartment is clean,spacious,everything you need for living is also there. The beds are soft. The location is convenient. The pools are clean and large. There is a kiosk and a pharmacy and a restaurant nearby. The hostess answered all our questions.

Very peaceful and clean. Area felt very safe. Everything worked. Pool open 9am to 6pm. Host very responsive and friendly. Good AC and fans. Large balcony.

Very clean and great place to spend your holidays while visiting Cyprus. The view from the balcony is just marvelous! Really recommend to everyone.

We booked the apartment because we needed a place to sleep after a wedding party at Aphrodite Hills. We had no expectations beyond the essential. So when we opened the door we were in a state of shock! So beautiful, spacious, luxurious. Every little detail cared for. Second shock wave came in the moning: stepped outside the terrace to realize we were greeted by trees and surrounded by the beaudy of nature.

first I was a little skeptical about whether I booked the right place for my first Cyprus vacation, but I found it was a hit. I had my absolute peace there (especially in front of the tourists...). No noise! The only thing you heard were sounds of nature and animals. It was absolutely not disturbing, more like paradise! Wifi was great! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the hygienic conditions in the bathroom. Hair stuck everywhere. It was a little disgusting.... a small visit to the supermarket helped to feel comfortable.... vinegar cleaner, cleaning cloths..... The kitchen was gigantically equipped, but I can't say anything about it because I didn't use the kitchen. Only the fridge-freezer combination was a little outdated and noisy. As for the trash, a few notes would be appropriate. I was unaware of where to go with it. Nevertheless, I would book the apartment again at any time. I felt very comfortable there and slept wonderfully well.

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

The accommodation fully matched the description, was clean, cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very friendly and always in touch, ready to help with any questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had an unforgetable time at Villa Morfo. Charis and his parents are sooo lovely and the Villa is a wonderful holiday home. We enjoyed everything there. Charis parents were next to us and always very quite and welcomed us perfectly. We loved to fruits and the baking stuff they gave us and as we had a car problem, Charis dad helped us as soon as he know that there was a problem. The Villa Morfo was as we saw on the pictures. Lovely decorate and we felt like being home. This will not our last time at Villa Morfo. We want to thank Charis and his parents for an awesome time, for always being helpful and communicative and for our lovely time at Villa Morfo.

The house and the outside area have been beautifully renovated and decorated with great attention to detail! Everything worked perfectly, everything was very clean and we wanted for nothing. The contact with the lovely Abigail is also uncomplicated, polite and friendly. It is a little paradise which is quiet and undisturbed. We would love to come back as guests! Thank you for a really wonderful time!

We had an amazing stay. The house is great, everything you can wish for is available. The view is stunning and Christina is a great host. We felt bad when it was time to leave.

This villa is fantastic and we loved Latchi. The place was super clean with everything we needed, towels etc. The host was very responsive so any questions were answered really quick. Bedrooms very comfortable and all the living space is lovely and spacious with working aircon throughout if needed. The outside is stunning with tropical plants everywhere. The pool was cleaned the day after we arrived. Villa within walking distance to a glorious long beach, bars and restaurants. You can’t ask for more! Would love to come back.

Natalie and her mom were very welcoming. The studio had everything I needed and was quite private despite the huge windows. Lots of provisions of toiletries and kitchen basics. Great for a single person or a couple to explore Paphos on a budget. The WiFi was strong enough for video calls, and the bus stops not far away at the top of the road. As with all Paphos locations outside the very centre, it’s best to have a car though. Parking is easy. Would stay again!

This is the best Airbnb in Cyprus I ever been to magnificent view. Spotless place. Got everything you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars. Thank you very much for hosting me. Had excellent time.

Positive: Especially the good communication and helpfulness of the landlord is to be emphasized. In case of problems, they were immediately satisfactorily resolved. The property has a nice veranda overlooking the sea and by car you can reach beautiful Coral Bay in 10 minutes. There were plenty of towels and linens, washing machine works well. Kitchen has enough equipment to cook and the rooms are all large and pleasant. Air conditioning also works very well. Plenty of space and spacious cabinets. Negative: the fridge could be a bit noisy at times ( but was big =positive ) A small bathroom cabinet would be nice. Overall a recommended and beautiful place to stay.

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

We loved our stay in Coral Bay! The area is perfect, if you want a relaxed typical beach holiday with a few good restaurants, shops, cafés, bars. The area is perfect for a trip to Paphos city or to Akamas national park with a 4x4. The apartment is located just a 5 min walk from Coral Bays main street where you find everything you need. Bus station, car rental, tourist information, supermarket and all the above. The beach is a 20 min walk and it is just perfect! One of the most beautiful ones if you like tourist beaches with bars, umbrellas etc. And not too crowded. Aleksandra was super fast in replying to our messages. We needed a few more things in the apartment and she helped us right away! The apartment was clean, bigger than expected and had everything we needed. We were super happy! The balcony was our favorite - beautiful! The only two critic points would be that the warm water does not always work in the evening and the bed is quite small for a tall person (1,90 m). I recommend!

We always travel to Cyprus off-site and have stayed in this cozy condo for 2 years in a row. The sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, the beautiful view, the silence. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable large beds, there is a bathtub, a comfortable wardrobe and a hairdryer. The host is very pleasant in communication. thank you for the wonderful vacation days!
