Die Wohnungen war sehr schön genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles gut erreichbar zu Fuß, Straßenbahn sowie U-bahn auch gleich mal in der nähe.

bonito departamento, limpio,cómodo y en una muy buena ubicación para llegar fácilmente a los lugares de interés en Viena. transporte público a poca distancia, tanto metro como tranvía. El departamento cuenta con cocina equipada y equipo para lavar y secar ropa.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The host was kind, helpful. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and exactly as described. Although it’s a bit far from the city’s main attractions, there is a nearby metro station that makes getting around easy. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow ‏We felt very safe during our stay thanks to the security lock on the elevator and the apartment door. I would definitely recommend this place!

Ev sahiplerinin ilgisi ve yakınlığı çok iyiydi. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Çok temizdi ve düzenliydi. Herşey düşünülmüştü ekipman olarak. İstediğimiz ekipmanları da hemen hızlı bir şekilde temin ettiler. Yardım içinde hep hazır olduklarını hissettirdiler. Tekrar gelirsem Viyana tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

we had a great time at Jelena's apartment. It was a lovely place to come home to after a busy day exploring Vienna. Everything was as described and I would definitely recommend it

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt. Obwohl die Wohnung nur zwei Zimmer hat, fühlten wir uns zu viert mit zwei Kleinkindern überhaupt nicht eingeengt und waren auch mal einige Stunden einfach daheim. Vom Balkon und dem Bodentiefen Fenster im Wohnzimmer (das beste für den Einjährigen!) sieht man die tolle belebte Ottakringer Str., im Innenhof kann man Picknicken und spielen, rund ums Haus gibts alles, was man braucht, und mehr. Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt sind toll, mit Straßenbahn 44 (direkt vor dem Haus) oder 2 (5 Min Weg) erreicht man viele Orte im Zentrum schnell. Super Kommunikation. Einziger Mini-Makel: Für uns war der "Grundbedarf" etwas knapp berechnet - kein Öl, Salz nur im Streuer, keine Lappen, nur 3 Waschmaschinentabs für 1 Woche usw. Würd ich beim nächsten Mal mitnehmen, um nicht alles im Großpack kaufe zu müssen. Trotzdem absolut uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen <3

Guter Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar ist. Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und umgehend nach Lösungen gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen. Das Haus ist riesig und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Der Bus (38a) zum Wiener U-Bahn-Netz und Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt tagsüber ca. alle 10 min. und auch nachts. Man benötigt ca. 30 min. in die Wiener Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses gibt es schöne Lokale zum Einkehren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Cottage in Würmla war perfekt: ruhig, umgeben von Feldern und trotzdem nah an Wien. Ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Die Gastgeber haben schnell geantwortet – alles super!

Wir waren 6 Tage in dem großen, neuen Haus mit Garten von Catharina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, zu unserer großen Freude gibt es sogar ein Klavier. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die drei Badezimmer sind toll. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ganz in der Nähe eines Waldgebietes war super, besonders für unseren Hund. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Wiener Wald. Nach Wien Stadtzentrum fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten. Es ist, wie angegeben, ein Smart Home, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

The house is absolutely amazing—such a perfect escape after a stressful work life. It’s cozy, homey, and just the kind of getaway I needed. The space is warm, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. You can tell a lot of care has gone into maintaining it. The owner was also super responsive and available whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even smoother. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home—I definitely recommend it.

Lioutmilla’s place was really clean inside and with a well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home - the house was clean, cosy, and private. One area that could be improved is the garden , as the grass was a bit overgrown. However , this didn’t bother us much. Better ventilation of the rooms before guest arrive would be helpful. We resolved by opening the windows for a while. We had a great stay and appreciated the confort and amenities. We recommend this house. 4 min by walk to the tram station and 15 to the U4. ( line to the center of wien) . Really good connection to the city center. We also appreciated the parking spot as we were able to park 2 cars. Thanks again for the place.

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

We had an amazing stay here with a group of four (2 adults, 2 children under 10). The apartment itself was lovely. It's the host's home, so it felt like a real home, not a soulless hotel room. There were beautiful plants, personal touches (like Christmas decorations, movie posters), and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was amazing - easy to get to from the airport and a short trip on Vienna's world class transit to anywhere you want to go. The Westbahnhof was a quick walk (5-10 minutes), which meant easy access to multiple U-Bahn routes. Even more convenient was the Bim (tram or streetcar) 2 minutes around the corner on Urban-Loritz Platz. From here we could catch a short ride to anywhere, including central Vienna & Schloss Schönbrunn. There are multiple grocery stores nearby. There was an elevator up to the unit, so easy access for anyone with mobility challenges. Andi was easy to contact, quick to answer, and gave us good advice. Would 100% stay here again if available!

Nikolaus’s place was the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in - so clean, comfortable beds, lots of greenery, kitchen was fitted with great saucepans and frypans and good quality crockery and glassware. 40 mins to Vienna City by public transport, but we were happy to stay out of the very busy city in the peaceful surrounds at Nikolaus’s place. Aldi was a 10 min walk away as was Spar. Stift, 15 mins walk away was a lovely little town with a great restaurant (Leopold) and amazing Abbey. The town of Kierling was lovely too. Highly recommended.

Theo è stato un padrone di casa semplicemente fantastico. Premuroso , gentile e molto disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto che , sapendo che sarei arrivata con il mio bambino, ha attrezzato la casa di tantissimi giochi e libri bellissimi. La casa era perfetta, pulita, ordinata e attrezzata di tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Ho avuto solo un piccolo problema con il divano letto non comodissimo ma Theo ha cercato in tutti i modi di trovare la soluzione. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e i suppellettili possibili. Un’altra nota positiva va al fatto che , nonostante Theo stesse ristrutturando il piccolo patio per renderlo ancora più bello di quello che già è, e i lavori non fossero ancora ultimati , ci ha fatto comunque trovare tutto in ordine in modo che potessimo usufruire anche di questo spazio delizioso. Lo stabile è molto ordinato e super silenzioso. L’area è ben servita e tranquilla. Siamo stati veramente bene , grazie Theo! Consigliatissimo

Georg's place is simply amazing. I stayed there with my 4-year-old son and we had a lovely time. A short tram/U-Bahn ride from all commodities/city center/main streets. Very quiet. The place is sparkling clean, lovely bathtub, a super comfortable bed, a great couch, and a kitchen with all necessary appliances and more. Terrasse is also great, but we could not make use of it given of winter temperatures outside right now. Georg was super available to answer any of my questions and the check-in and check-out were fluid (keys are in a self-check-in box). I would love to come back in the summer!

Wir waren leider nur 1 Nacht auf unserer Donauradtour dort. Die Wohnung ist super schön, groß, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Hier könnte man sehr gut für längere Zeit bleiben. Es gibt sogar einen Fahrradraum. Vom Bahnhof hört man nichts, das Haus ist im allgemeinen sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Billa und ein Bäcker ist fußläufig im Bahnhof. Mit dem Rad ins Zentrum sind es höchstens 5 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit Jonny war auch prima, er ist sehr nett und freundlich und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiterempfehlen :-)

Your review lNice and cozy apartment! It's close to the subway station in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I love the self check-in and check-out; it's super easy and convenient, especially when I arrive in Vienna late. The friendly host responded in no time.

Дуже затишна і комфортна квартира у мальовничому передмісті Відня, у реальності виглядає навіть краще ніж на фото. Квартира достатньо велика, чудово підійде для 2-3 гостей. У спальні зручне двоспальне ліжко, постільна білизна свіжа та якісна. Кухня повністю укомплектована, є газова плита і духовка, різноманітний посуд. Є пральна машинка та інша побутова техніка. У 5-7 хвилинах ходу від будинку є продуктові магазини, випічка, господарскі товари, кафе, ресторанчики. З найближчої трамвайної зупинки за 30 хвилин можна доїхати до центру міста. Район дуже зелений і тихий. Все дуже сподобалося, прожили тиждень наче вдома!
