Peaceful Weekend in Waterbury

Relaxing space in one of the best neighborhoods in Des Moines. It gets plenty of morning sun for a cup of coffee on the balcony, and has all that you might need for a weekend getaway with the family or a business trip that feels like home. The home is close to bike paths, restaurants, coffee shops; and an easy 3 miles west of the city center. The host is close by if you need anything during your stay. The warmer weather is coming fast along with the amazing festivals and events DSM has to offer.

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard.
