Horse Haven - 1 Bedroom Loft 8 Miles to TIEC

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.

Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided. Guest Cottage 2.7 miles from TIEC

We have decided to add our Guest House to Airbnb because so many people wish to be close to the International Equestrian Center in Tryon, hence no reviews as of yet .Our guest cabin is non-smoking, you may smoke outside . Unfortunately, we're not able to accept pets either. Our apologies, the wood floors are not scratch resistant! Dick and Susie Shaughnessy.
