The home is close to Tryon Equestrian Center, wineries, apple orchards, Lake Lure, and more. Floating Dock with paddle boards and kayaks to share. Outdoor fire pit area. Three bedrooms upstairs and bunk room in the basement. We have 4.5 bathrooms. Full covered upstairs patio as well as basement full of games for when the sun goes down.

Incredible Lakefront home! The outside area has upper and lower decks which lead to three stone terraces, then down to the docks and boathouse. There is a huge sunroom for games and dining. Grill and make smores around the firepit. Swim, canoe and Paddleboard (provided) in gorgeous Lake Lanier. Bike or hike the nearby trails. Tryon, Landrum and Saluda are just minutes away. This is a private, peaceful lake community-- you will feel the joy!
