Cottage holiday rentals in Pollença

Margarita was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and help with any questions. Her place was lovely and matched the description perfectly, it was great for children and she had lots of toys and pool floats in the house. Due to the location there were mosquitos in the late afternoon and early evening but if you used bug spray etc it kept most of them at bay. The walk was easy into Pollenca, 20 mins at most into the centre. There was a Eroski / Lidl 10 minutes walk from the villa as well. The upstairs room aircon was a little hit and miss but Margarita provided great fans to keep us cool at night. Overall the villa is fantastic, I hope to stay there again soon or at Margarita's other property in the future.

It was our first vacation with our 1-year-old baby and we couldn't have chosen a better place. From our arrival (Astrid told us that we could arrive earlier than planned) we were amazed by the beauty of the place, nature, beautiful flowers, the sound of birds, the mountains in the background, the smell of lavender... like in a movie!!! The beautiful house, wonderful decoration and a cleanliness that many luxury hotels would like to have! The kitchen was not lacking in detail and Astrid had any utensil we needed! Our little one had a great time with the dogs and exploring the farm! We have seen incredible sunsets, we have had some barbecues with unbeatable views and we have rested in the super XXL bed! Astrid has been more than kind! Very affectionate and always so attentive! We will definitely repeat because we felt at home!

We had a very nice stay at the villa! We especially liked the pool with loungers! At the hot tub, the temperature indicator was unfortunately broken, but the pool cleaner, which was at the property twice within six days, was able to set the temperature to the desired temperature for us and was also very friendly! The dishwasher didn't work perfectly for some plates, but that wasn't a problem for us!

This villa is outstanding. As you go down the drive and turn towards the house, you are greeted with an outstanding garden which is beautifully kept. The outdoor space is simply spectacular. The house itself is as described and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The outdoor bathroom is an added bonus. The property is walking distance to shops and restaurants and is also close to bus stops if you want to venture to any other part of the island. Overall this villa has exceeded our expectations and we hope to be back soon as the place provided us with some fantastic family memories and at the same time a place where we could unwind and relax.

The villa is amazing and peaceful ! Spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the Tramuntana. Location is unbeatable if you plan on visiting the 4 corners of the islands. Mar is very responsive with clear instructions and recommendations.

We were absolutely thrilled! We stayed there for a week with our three children. The finca is only a few years old and very well maintained, the amenities are top. The location is fantastic, in five minutes you are in the center of Arta by car. Sebastià and his mother are super nice, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the villa. Really easy access to different parts of the island. Anyone that decides to stay will have a wonderful time.

An amazing Finca in an amazing location with amazing service. Peace and tranquility personified. The kitchen lacks enough equipment to easily manage a large group and there is little entertainment for children apart from the pool. Otherwise I have no faults. The check-in was excellent and we were able to leave our luggage safely whilst the villa was being cleaned. We had a couple of problems with the baths and the pool filters needed sorting but all were sorted by the hotel within a couple of hours by the very efficient handyman (with a very friendly but rather large dog as company). The location is very quiet with just the birdsong to break the silence every morning. There are a group of hotels in the village, all having very good restaurants if you want to treat yourselves. Thoroughly recommend!.

Beautiful home surrounded by lush nature! The place was clean and hosts were really friendly and responsive. The home is a wonderful place for families, with many spots to gather communally! Enjoyed the view of the incredible mountains by the pool. Would come back again!

We had a great time at Antoni's place. The house is equipped with everything you need with a very pleasant exterior (barbecue, swimming pool, outdoor lounge...).

The stay was very pleasant! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

Our second stay at this wonderful villa. Great location to explore the whole island, yet perfect to come back to when in need of pool and quite time. Lots of space, beautiful decor. Can't wait to come back again!

Can’t say enough positive words about Francesc and his beautiful house. It is situated in the countryside and has a nice and relaxed feeling, but still has a very nice pool and all the amenities you could wish for. Francesc is warm and welcoming, great at communicating and has great recommendations. Will definitely come back!

Thanks! Here’s the revised review with that improvement noted: ⸻ The property was wonderful and perfect for walking with a dog, located in a beautiful area. The kitchen was well equipped with basic supplies, and we appreciated having four towels per person plus extras for the kitchen. The house was a bit hard to locate and had a noticeable smell at first—possibly due to its age or because it hadn’t been used for a while—but it improved significantly after two weeks of use. Some items like the coffee machine and cutlery were missing upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and replaced them on the first day. The main downside was the poor internet connection. Overall, a lovely stay in a great place with a helpful host.

I chose the place because we like a quiet holiday as if we were in the countryside, but close to the township to buy fresh bread, vegetables nearby. The house and surroundings met the expectations fully, I recommend especially for families with children , there is a playground, a safe swimming pool, gated. The location itself is great, you need a car, the connection to the cities of Mallorca is ideal, the roads are great, the people look friendly , especially the locals. I thank you very much Francisca and I wish you well in the nurture of my place. I'm a second day at home, but your home is still spinning in the memory of me and my wife. We really liked the house as well as the property. It was all very well maintained and communication with Toni was impeccable. The amenities were better than we are used to from other Airbnb trips. There was a lot of spices, detergent, soap, enough towels, crib and highchair, etc. A defect was fixed right away. We were allowed to eat fruits from the trees on the premises. We felt very comfortable and would absolutely recommend the stay ☺️👍🏼

Beautiful old house with great pool in a quiet location. Air conditioning is worth its weight in gold. Beds are super comfy and new. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. It was quiet and we recovered very well. Joana was always available immediately when we had questions. We would come back.

We had a wonderful week at the casita. The grounds in particular were exceptional and spacious with a southern aspect looking down the Sóller valley and looking up at peaks such as L’Ofre, Es Cornadors, Alfabia and many more in the Tramuntana mountain range. A whole lot of wild scenery but only a 10 minute walk from Fornalutx town, the best in all of Mallorca. We were fortunate enough to be there when a member of Gabriel’s family came to clean on the last day and we were lucky enough to be told about the very interesting history if the Casita.

Coming back already for a few times, I love the place! Vicenç communicates very quick and clear.

We had a very pleasant time in the accommodation. We particularly liked the extremely well-maintained outdoor area. There are many beautiful places to relax. The house is quite remote, but it was ideal for us to rest. A rental car is definitely recommended to be able to explore the island flexibly. Communication with Mecki was always straightforward and she had helpful recommendations for us.

Great place as described and really appreciated the little extras (washing up and toiletries) upon arrival!

Nicely renovated old farmers house where you can still have that feeling. We loved it and cannot wait to come back. German is extremely helpful without being pushy. Mallorca at it’s best (away from the crowds)!
