Holiday houses in Pollonia

We were in the apartment on the ground floor. Newly renovated, everything is new. The porch with table, chairs and loungers has direct views of the sea and the sunset. It is also cool and shaded at any time of the day, making it ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinner with a private sunset. The interior is just as it appears in the photos. New appliances, air conditioning, rain shower and waterfall. Please note that there are no interior doors between the two rooms. Not in the kitchen and bathroom area either. As points to improve, I would put some mosquito nets and hangers in the entrance and in the bathroom. The location is perfect. Very quiet and a 5-minute walk from Pollonia. Right next to it, there is a beach with rounded pebbles and also a platform with a ladder to go down to the sea. Finally, George's service was friendly and very helpful. We had a fabulous stay.

Beautiful outdoor terrace and very clean room. Nice to use hot tub at end of day and the seclusion from town was nice even though it was only a 10 minute walk to Pollonia.

Niki's boat house was amazing. It felt like a luxury stay in a gorgeous secluded place . We were stunned when we walked in and saw how beautiful his place was, it's even better than the pictures. Niki gave helpful directions on where to park and how to get to the stay before we checked in. During our stay we needed extra towels and I messaged him asking where I could find some. Niki responded quickly and personally brought us more towels within the hour. We absolutely recommend staying here , you won't regret it!

This is hands down one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed—and I travel frequently! The home itself is small, but it’s so cozy and well-appointed that it didn’t feel cramped at all. I spent most of my time on the balcony, which was the perfect mix of shade and sunshine—a great spot to relax. The house itself has been beautifully updated, with a small but powerful kitchen and a bathroom that was just right. The AC worked perfectly, which is always a plus! There's a beach bar nearby, so it was super convenient to walk over for a quick snack or drink. If you’re staying here, I’d definitely recommend having a car or an ATV, but I also hired a taxi when I needed to. I stocked up on groceries and spent most of my time just enjoying the peace and quiet of the house—it felt like the most peaceful "vacation from my vacation" I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful house. We had a fantastic stay here. Sophie really looked after us, she made us home baked cakes, puddings, jams and syrups. The fridge was also full of drinks and some local wine. There were so many thoughtful touches, lots of toiletries, snorkels and masks, beach mats and chairs. Sophie came in everyday to tidy and replace any linen we needed. We were able to park outside the house and had a wonderful time in Pollonia with our grown up children. Thank you very much.

Maria is an amazing host!! She is so friendly and nice. Definitely, the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our entire stay. The Airbnb is very cute and clean, and she even includes beach supplies to enjoy the water more. And there is a pretty private beach just a short walk from the place. If we come back to Milos, we would love to stay at Maria’s place again.

I cannot describe how peaceful this place is. We feel so lucky to have experienced this sanctuary! Leo is unbelievably accommodating, like no other host we’ve had - he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and relaxed. The place is beautifully positioned and equipped and it’s the perfect place to be still and quiet and unwind. We visited for the first few nights of our honeymoon and it was complete perfection. We will come back! Thank you Leo!!

Oh my goodness this place was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. The view from the balcony is absolute heaven! As someone who gets bored easily, I could sit out there for weeks! The place inside is lovely too with all the amenities and a lovely bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. 7 min walk to the main restaurants which are sea view. Less than 2 min walk to art cafe for a delicious morning frappe. Bus stop super easy to access too. Hosts very communicative. Will be back 100%!
