Excellent location in Fowey with parking

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Seashells is an end of terrace cottage, overlooking the harbour, and situated in the heart of the pretty village of Polruan. The cottage has been lovingly renovated by the present owners. It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. I can’t recommend Hannah’s place enough! From the pristine location (literally seconds from the harbour and ferry to Fowey), to the surprisingly large size of the house, everything was perfect! It only takes a few seconds once you open the door to realise that Hannah is a great host and professional. The house is incredibly clean, and has that priceless homey feeling telling you you’ve made the right choice! Thank you Hannah, we loved our stay and I am grateful for your proactive and friendly communication from the moment I booked to after our check out! I know where we’ll stay when we come back to Polruan 🙏

Crow's Nest, breath taking views!

A lovely apartment with a super view. Sadly we had scaffolding in view whilst we stayed due to works, but the host did tell us about it and we didn’t spot a builder! We decided to stay as too busy and didn’t want to find another place. It was a stunning spot regardless and to be fair, aside early morning and late evening, we had beautiful weather so we were out and about. Some good restaurants, the best ones in Fowey and the ferry runs quite late so you can get over.. the Lugger was understaffed and food was mediocre. Strongly recommend Sams fish bistro in Fowey, the moules were fabulous and the service was impeccable. A walk to the beach whilst stopping for a coffee with the most amazing view at the Harbour Hotel is recommended. A kayak trip around the bay is great value - head to the shop in Fowey which is at the right hand side of the esplanade. Best sausages at the Fowey deli, the ice cream parlour called Ruby’s in Fowey is also a must… thank you Steve & Flossy for letting us stay

It’s small and simple but has everything you need . Also useful books . The view of the harbour lovely and it’s great you can watch the ferry and time your departure . We didn’t bother with our car the whole time we were there and tried to use the local shop . The locals were very friendly . Perhaps what was missing was really good bread and the Lugger didn’t quite live up to our expectations . I would go for fish and chips next time . Our dog loved the walks . The pub at Polkerris was very good . This is probably one of the best times of year to go due to the spring flowers . . There not much dry food storage but that’s a tiny thing in what was otherwise a blissful stay .

Great cottage to stay. Sarah has ensured you have everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The house has some gorgeous features, as well as books, children’s toys, and a fully loaded kitchen. It’s close to the harbour and local shops and pubs, and parking was no problem thanks to some kind locals who Sarah pointed us towards. A very lovely family trip which we will always remember. Thank you.

A lovely place to stay in Fowey right on the water. Perfect to stroll into the centre of Fowey. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace whilst looking at the sail boats on the river. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend.
