Restored and heated, the house offers comfort, providing a double bedroom and a sofa bed. It is close to the walkways and the river beach of São Simão, the river beach of Louçainhas, the Casmilo buracas and the Rio dos Mouros waterfall, in Condeixa, passing through the Carmelita and Santiago routes.

Magnificent outdoor space to enjoy the surroundings, grill, and enjoy your meal.

Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
