Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pomena

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday, We would highly recommend this villa, well equipped,spotlessly clean,beautiful view, and very peaceful.

The view from this apartment is to die for😍 Very peaceful place in a quiet and private area yet v near to the old town which has lots of shops, places to go & things to do. We did not use the kitchen much but we think the kitchen facilities can do with better equipment and upgrade(for those who wish to cook) The rest of the facilities were alright. We spent much time at the top terrace watching people enjoying themselves at the river & the best part - watching divers diving off the bridge ( really close up view). Stay here if you love views & peaceful environment.👍🏼

The villa is compact but perfectly formed. It had everything we needed. The outside space is fantastic and we spent most of our time outside when at the villa. I was aware of the small public beach just to the side of the villa from previous reviews but it didn't trouble us as it wasn't very busy. Definitely take beach shoes as there are sea urchins, thankfully we did. 😊. Sobra is a great base for the island. Central location means you can visit Pomena/Polace one day and then visit Saplunara another day. Glad we had a car as definitely needed to get the most out of the island. Would highly recommend the e-bikes in the National Park. We were greeted by Ana's mum who was super friendly and very helpful. Ana was very helpful and reached out via text a couple of times to make sure we were OK. The use of the kayak was brill. Our son loved that.

Stayed in the apartment for a full week! A very nice place to explore the lower part of Croatia. Beach within walking distance. Nice place to park the car. Delightfully cool and clean apartment with a fantastic view! I want to go back!

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

My wife and I stayed here with parents and family for the first time and we will be back for sure. The house is really unique, beach is basicly in front of house. Everything is so peacfull and place is brand new . Hosts were very welcoming , provided everything we needed !

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Amazing apartment! The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable inside. The location is perfect as you get the amazing views, but can walk down to the old town very quickly. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it has everything we needed - perfectly equipped. Stunning views of the bay, great base for our week in Dubrovnik. The hosts have been super helpful with hints and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

We stayed here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, our first holiday without the children! We could not have picked a better place ☺️ The apartment was spotless with the most incredible view across the sea from the leafy veranda and hot tub, so romantic ❤️ And loads of little touches in both the kitchen and bathroom, plus a comfy bed and effective air con 😅 Gina was so responsive and helpful with all my questions before we even arrived and gave loads of recommendations & met us there. The location is great, about a 40 minute walk or an easy direct bus trip to the old town from right by the apartment, we walked it most days cause we’re quite active. We were so happy we stayed outside the old town cause it was very busy with tourists and expensive, and by the port where we were was much quieter and a beautiful view. I was so happy we picked this place as it really was what made our stay in Dubrovnik perfect, I would recommend to everyone. Thanks guys!x

Amazing home in an incredible location. As long as you’re able bodied to move your luggage into the city walls, I highly recommend staying here, within the city of Dubrovnik. We were so close to anything we needed and Daniela provided fantastic recommendations and can help organize everything from an airport or ferry transport to day long excursions and tours.

What a place and experience! Nataša was fantastic, meeting us at apt and answering ALL questions. Recommendations enhanced experience. The view might give you reason not to explore Dubrovnik but it only gets better. Leaving with wonderful memories!

Daniela is the ultimate host and her place is a real gem. The view from the balcony/terrace is stunning! The apartment is beautifully styled and feels like home - and spotlessly clean. It’s 10 mins walk into the old town and 7 mins walk to a lovely swimming spot - there were others also close by that we didn’t get to. The walks to town and beach are via picturesque walkways - you get a good workout uphill on the way back home (all of Dubrovnik is hilly). The apartment is well equiped with everything you could need - beach towels, beach bag to borrow. Lots of books on Dubrovnik, great recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do. Daniela even baked a divine apple and cinnamon cake and brought us up some while it was still hot. Daniela was super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting with her as we came and went. A beautiful apartment and awesome host. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful stay in a quiet yet central location. I absolutely loved staying at Ines’ place, and found it to be really great value. Just note, the coordinates on the listing are a little off, but the address is correct. So I would recommend just reaching out to Ines beforehand for some details on the location or she could even send you a pin. She is always very responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and so cute, it has everything you’ll need for a short stay, and the real draw of this place is the beautiful outdoor space, which is a small garden with some Mediterranean trees like orange and fig. How amazing to wake up surrounded by trees and birds but still be in the city! The outdoor space is shared between three apartments but is very quiet, and you also have a little private area on the side next to the door. Also, the bed is very comfortable- I felt like Ines really cared for her place and maintains it beautifully. Would love to come back some day!

The place was clean, well located & a respite from the hot, humid weather. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs, but this is true throughout Dubrovnik. Loved the garden & terrace… an escape inside the busy city walls!

Amazing! They allowed an early check in and even allowed me to drop my bags off earlier! Very responsive and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.

Great place and location! A short walk with minimal steps to old town. Highly recommend staying here for your trip.
