House ideally located in the countryside, between plain and pine forest, close to the sea, the pretty town of Pézenas, the Étang de Thau and a stone's throw from the river. The house has a large garden with a small private 10 m² pool. The house is large (200 m²) and bright and offers a nice view of the plain (and horses sometimes) and beautiful sunsets.
