Located between Lamballe and St. Brieuc, just 19 km from Val André and 14 km from the medieval city of Moncontour, among the most beautiful villages. The village is liven up by a bakery, grocery store, bar restaurant, nurse's office and two hairdressers. A hypermarket is a 5-minute drive.

Located in the center of Yffiniac close to amenities (creperie, kebab, strikes) Including a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room equipped with a TV and a very functional kitchenette. Bed linen as well as bath kits will be provided. Nightly rental (minimum 2 nights) NO SMOKING The handover of the keys will be done in person
