"Le Jaguar" Gîte in Custines

Our furnished tourist accommodation is on the 1st floor of a house composed of 2 furnished tourist accommodations (Le Jaguar upstairs and Les Amandiers on the ground floor). It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room with smart TV and Wi-Fi, a bedroom composed of a 160 x 200 bed (Emma mattress) with shower, sink and individual toilet accessible from the bedroom. 1 Folding bed 90 x 200 cm

L’appartement donne sur une cours arborée assurant calme et fraicheur. Restaurants, bars et supérettes sont accessibles en moins d'une minute à pied, et tout le centre historique se découvre depuis votre porte. La gare est à 12 minutes à pieds. Le logement est idéal pour un couple ou un voyageur en déplacement professionnel.

Small 25 m2 house in the backyard, completely renovated and with a garden and terrace. This accommodation will bring you calm and tranquility, ideally located (10 minutes from Nancy) in the municipality of Champigneulles, 200 m from the small city center where you will find all the essentials for your stay (bakery, restaurants, tobacco, supermarket). Its location is therefore an asset, the train station is 500 m away, bus stops in front of the house and highway access 2 minutes away.
