Great experience Smooth communication with hosts who are very considerate while remaining discreet. Quiet and green environment with house, jacuzzi and very well maintained garden. I recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Excellent friendly host and very responsive. House was as per description and pictures. We initially used Ubers to and from Disneyland which worked well but had to rent a car in the end due to unforeseen circumstances - this made life easier with travelling and would recommend this as the more ideal way to get around the area.

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

We had a great night in this accommodation with my friends! The place was perfect for meeting, chatting and enjoying a good time together. The barbecue was really a big plus, we had a great time! This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

Wonderful stay not far from Disney, was walkable, but also easy to do with the metro. The garden outside was also perfect, also for the children. Many restaurants, shops in the nice area. Very worthwhile and recommended.

Raphael's place is a gem!!! Extremely clean, modern facilities and quiet. Easy to find , close to the supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. Close to the metro and it is two stops from disney, you can come back to the apartment rest and go back for the firework show if need be. Raphael is helpful answers quickly as well. I will definately recommend to friends and family!!!!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Rarely seen beauty and perfect and sufficient supplies, this is the most impressive stay I have had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no need to worry, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful, respectful, and quick to respond to any of our accommodation needs. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Parking in the basement is convenient and fits an average-sized car with no problem. One of my favorite features is the balcony—it’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee with the table and chairs set up just right. I also loved the updated decor since my last visit—it’s clear the host puts care into keeping the space fresh and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and hope this gem is available again!
