Très bonne expérience Communication fluide avec les hôtes qui sont très prévenants tout en restant discrets. Environnement calme et verdoyant avec maison jacuzzi et jardin très bien entretenus. Je recommande pour une escapade en amoureux.

Excellent friendly host and very responsive. House was as per description and pictures. We initially used Ubers to and from Disneyland which worked well but had to rent a car in the end due to unforeseen circumstances - this made life easier with travelling and would recommend this as the more ideal way to get around the area.

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Nous avons passé une super nuit dans ce logement avec mes amis ! L’endroit était parfait pour se retrouver, discuter et profiter d’un bon moment ensemble. Le barbecue a vraiment été un gros plus, on s’est régalés ! Le cadre est agréable, le logement était propre et conforme à l’annonce. Je recommande vivement pour un petit séjour convivial. This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

Heerlijk verblijf niet ver van Disney, was aan te lopen, maar ook met de metro goed te doen. Tuin buiten was ook perfect, ook voor de kinderen. Veel restaurants, winkels in de nette omgeving. Zeer de moeite waard en aan te bevelen.

Raphael's place is a gem!!! Extremely clean, modern facilities and quiet. Easy to find , close to the supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. Close to the metro and it is two stops from disney, you can come back to the apartment rest and go back for the firework show if need be. Raphael is helpful answers quickly as well. I will definately recommend to friends and family!!!!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful, respectful, and quick to respond to any of our accommodation needs. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Parking in the basement is convenient and fits an average-sized car with no problem. One of my favorite features is the balcony—it’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee with the table and chairs set up just right. I also loved the updated decor since my last visit—it’s clear the host puts care into keeping the space fresh and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and hope this gem is available again!
