Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

The accommodation was very clean, well arranged and quiet, very relaxing. We stayed only one night, it was really perfect. And the jacuzzi is so relaxing, it's perfect for 2 people, with whirlpool games, light games it was really excellent thank you very much! We had a great stay in the house for an extended weekend. Pleasant garden, swimming pool, edge of the Marne. Sylvain is very friendly and responsive. Our dog was also delighted with his stay. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in nature. Accessible on foot, shops and restaurants nearby.

Purposefully furnished accommodation. Everything you need is available. Nice: with a garden, just like in our case with a dog. With 2 older children, it could get cramped on the sofa bed, for us it was fine. Almost perfectly located for a trip to Paris. Attention: Note the times for the last train from Gare de l'Est! Especially for those who want to see the sparkle of the Eiffel Tower.

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.
