Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pondok Aren

the house is as described and as in the attached photos. the cleanliness is maintained, the facilities are also complete. unfortunately the ac in the main room feels a bit hot, even though it's set to the lowest temperature. however, each room is equipped with ac so it's not a problem.

good accommodation with a very spacious and comfortable place of course, with the price paid feels very suitable and worth it, with Mr. Immanuel who was very helpful before and after arriving at the airbnb.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the fantastic location to the well-equipped apartment and the helpful host, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this Airbnb is its location. Situated right across from Bintaro Plaza, it provides easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options. The kitchen, though small, serves its purpose well. It is efficiently designed and provides everything needed for light cooking. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a microwave. This would make heating food much easier and add to the overall convenience. Also, the Teflon pan provided is quite old and full of scratches, which could be a health concern—replacing it would be a great idea for future guests. Most importantly, Dinda, the owner, was very responsive. She quickly answered any questions I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Endangs place is perfect !! Very quiet yet right in the city. Very convenient location. Host is very kind would love to stay at her place again on my next trip to Jakarta.

Jossi's place looked exactly as she described! Easy and flexible to check-in, had a handful of important ammenities, and the place itself is squeaky clean 👌 Jossi is also very responsive to contact and very helpful as well! Had a very pleasant stay here, definitely will be coming back 😊

A very nice and cozy place to stay, wifi are good, have convinience store, and pool on the 1st floor. The kitchen provided with everyrhing, like coffee,sugar,bowl,plate,cup,microwave,mini fridge (or should i say freezer) and toilet are also good, have water heater too, very nice. But some of the spoon and fork are not cleaned properly. But over all, it is a nice and cozy place. Might come back again

Even if it's just for one night, we're very satisfied with the place we're staying in. The image in the photo is very similar to the reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and very helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close just go down the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the comfortable,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N
