Situé au bord de la rivière, la Sûre, et aux pieds des majestueuses montagnes du Cirque de Quint, le gîte est le point de départ pour de superbes randonnées. La ville la plus proche , DIE , ville de la clairette, se trouve à 13 km et propose un marché de producteurs. Bistrot/restaurant sympathique à l'entée du village. La maison possède son jardin fermé

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

La Grange au Lac Azur: the studio (with sleeping area)

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors). Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan footbridges) and water activities.
