A little corner of heaven to discover in a very beautiful region. The accommodation is very welcoming and comfortable, there are many advantages: impeccable bedding, a really functional kitchen, a superb quiet garden where you can recharge, an accessible open-air swimming pool and above all quality hosts, very welcoming and enthusiastic to give useful advice on this very beautiful region, passionate about history and very attentive. An ideal setting for a successful vacation.

Very nice restoration of this beautifully located pigeonnier. Large garden with many shaded areas. The house is brand new and remained cool despite the high temperatures. Ideal base for visiting beautiful authentic villages such as Lauzerte (music performance every Sunday), Moissac, Auvillar, shady bike ride along the Canal des deux Mers... Colette is super attentive and gives you all the tips you could possibly need. We were also invited to take a dip in their pool when it was very hot. Excellent price/quality ratio. Very welcoming hosts! We appreciated the small touches left by François and Maria (fresh juice on arrival, madeleines, coffee pods, tea, etc.) Warm setting with the southern sun. Our dog was able to enjoy the large grounds of the property. Very pleasant, clean and well-equipped dependency! Household linens and kitchen set available. Provision of garden furniture for relaxing outdoors. We recommend and will gladly return to enjoy the south and this charming outbuilding. A big thank you to François and Maria. Chloe M.

Great little studio ideal for the two of us and our dog. Isabelle was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Studio is small but accommodated our needs.

From the welcome to the goodbye, everything was perfect ! The tranquil surroundings were ideal to kick back and unwind. We were made to feel at home straightaway and nothing was too much trouble for Cornelius and Nicky, our hosts. Perfectly situated within walking or driving distance of Puy L’évêque a medieval town filled with wonderful streets to explore and restaurants to eat in, the apartment runs along side the River Lot which provides a perfect sound track to relax to. Add in the accompanying frogs and crickets and you have a feast for both the ears and eyes ! There was a kayak for our use on site and lots of different areas around the property in which to sit and watch the world go by. The apartment itself is well equipped - a perfect size for two and we could not recommend it highly enough.

From the beginning of our stay until the end Solange could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we needed & more. It was comfortable, bright, airy & extremely clean. It was ideally situated within easy walking distance to the town but yet very quiet. We took our bikes and there was easy access to the cycle tracks making it easy to get around and explore the area. We were given use of the very pretty garden with sun loungers to soak up the sun & there was even space to store our bikes. We would without hesitation book to stay with Solange again and cannot recommend her as a super host & her apartment highly enough.

We had a great holiday as a couple. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed with snacks and drinks and a nice introductory babble. We got lots of tips on fun sights and pleasant day and night markets. The accommodation was equipped with everything needed. The wide choice of terraces, the steam oven and the heated swimming pool are great assets. Furthermore, there was smooth communication with the owners and were always ready for us where needed. In short, we had a great, relaxing and restful holiday!

I booked this apartment for Freddy for a mother-daughter weekend. We were seduced by the location on the edge of a cute little lake. The accommodation is located in a holiday village at the foot of the beautiful village of Monflanquin. Freddy lived up to his reputation as a “Super Host” by being very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. We were self-contained thanks to the key box system. The apartment was perfect! Facing the lake, clean and equipped with all the essentials for a good stay. Bedding was comfortable, even the sofa bed. Very nice memory pillows. The little extra like the espresso machine and pods available, all the necessary cleaning products, tourist brochures, the complete explanatory booklet (wifi, sites to consult, the instructions) were welcome. The garden table and chairs for the terrace as well. Really a well-deserved 5/5 because everything has been thought out with intelligence and generosity.
