We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

impeccable, convenient and comfortable accommodation. Excellent bedding, ultra clean. Like the whole place. Toys, books, games and stuffed animals for children, small guide to the area and small touches on the table on arrival. Excellent hosting. Lots of discretion but great responsiveness if needed. And adaptability for check-in and checkout. We recommend this cottage and its host.

I feel privileged to have been able to stay in this beautiful 17th century townhouse. It was central to where we wanted to go and we were able to walk everywhere. The townhouse has been tastefully decorated. A laundrette is not very far away for washing. There are lots of places to eat close by. Guingamp is a beautiful town to explore. There are a number of other towns only a train ride away.
